This stuff is perfectly fine! Amazon reviewers are really.. something else. Yes the bags cheap why do you think its so inexpensive? If the seal doesn't close don't you think that's because proteins stuck in it!? Just run a toothpick along the seal and it's good to go! It mixes perfectly fine with water and the strawberry tastes delicious. Simple, cheap, effective. Spend more time in the gym and less time complaining

I only started using PBN products recently and so far I'm very happy. They taste great,mix well and are fair priced. I've been bodybuilding/ weight training for over 30 years so I've used many different products and this one holds up very well for the price. It's a shame our idiotic government decided to put tax on health supplements ( can't remember who was in charge at the time but makes no difference as they're all equally stupid ) when they decided in thier incredible wisdom that they weren't a necessity, when to anyone who leads a busy life and trains regularly know that they are. Sorry for going off on a tangent 🙄, anyway as budget powders go PBN is a good option 👍

Considering casein is normally quite grainy, I was quite surprised when this mixed smoothly. Flavour is a very light, sweet strawberry; palatable but a slight synthetic aftertaste. For the price I’d say it’s definitely worth. Note: was delivered just as the bag itself, no box or protection packaging, because of this it looked rather dirty and worn (but that is more an Amazon warehouse mistake).

I love the flavour of the strawberry one and it mixes really well. I use this right before going to bed to help with slow protein release over night. Only problem is that the zip lock isn’t the best and doesn’t close it. So I have to use a clip to keep the bag closed. But otherwise is great.

Good price, nice flavour and mixes well without lumps. But with me it causes indigestion and acid reflux. I'm persevering with it but I think I'll have to buy some Rennies or dump it.

I've been using unflavoured Micellar Casein for a while now as an evening protein top-up that is slow to absorb. Recently gave the strawberry version a try and, inspired by another review, decided to make it into a protein "whip" dessert. Serves 2: 2 x 30g scoops Strawberry Micellar Casein 10g Psyllium Husk powder 300ml semi-skimmed milk Whisk for about 3 minutes, pour into bowls and let settle and you have a really delicious "grown-up" Angel Delight type dessert. Per serving: 200kcal, 30g Protein, 9g Carbs (8.5g Fibre) and 3g fat. You can swap out the semi-skimmed for skimmed, full-fat or nut milks as your taste prefers, but obviously that will change the macros. Yum!

I add casein to overnight oats to pump up kcalories and improve the macros of an easy breakfast meal. This product works fine and is competitively priced and convenient I have used this product as a shake and find it mixes well and is not gritty - but like all casein powders it can be a nuisance to handle just because it is such a fine grain. Decanting it into a tub is necessary BUT I also find that receiving a tub with every order would be a horrid waste. But be prepared to decant it if you can. The taste is fine but it is quite a sweet flavour so if you don't like sweet strawberry (with a typical casein sour tang in the background) then you might struggle a bit. I found strawberry to be the sweetest of all the available flavour, but also the strongest. I like it in my oats, to be honest, but that is such a personal thing. I was generally pleased and keep ordering.

Dicho esto : - La compra de 1 kilo dura un mes , es decir , aproximadamente 30 batidos . Trae un dosificador ( cosa que se agradece ) con la toma exacta para un batido con 250ml ( o más ) de agua , o más si se gusta . - Es MUY DISOLUBLE . Se puede meter en un vaso de entrenamiento y agitar , o darle unos 20 segundos de batidora y listo . La verdad que genial . - TRUCO Para batido perfecto : Si quieres que el batido sea más saciante , te quite el hambre por más tiempo e incluso darle un PLUS de cremosidad , textura , sabor y proteínas : HAZLO CON CLARA DE HUEVO . Yo los he hecho con clara de huevo del Mercadona ( botella de 1 litro , y 250 ML por batido ) y es PERFECTO . - El sabor a fresa es NATURAL Y BUENO . No sabe a fresa química como muchos otros , tiene un sabor suave como a yogur de fresa . Esta es una de las ventajas de esta caseína : algunas saben a laboratorio de fresa , totalmente artificial y huelen a químico nada más abrir la bolsa . Está en cambio su sabor y olor es totalmente natural . Puntazo . - A 16 € el Kilo ; su precio es razonable . Así que a modo de resumen : PROS : - Trae cacito medidor con el que ya no tienes que medir tu a mano la dosis . Simplifica un montón la tarea - Sabor NATURAL , bueno , y fácil disolución - Buen precio CONTRAS : - Su disponibilidad es un desastre . Amazon aquí lo hace muy mal , estando semanas agotado . Es la pega que le encuentro : cuando está disponible hay que comprar varios , porque siempre está agotado. Os recomiendo probar, no os arrepentiréis .

Bon goût, se mélange parfaitement avec du lait mais un peu trop sucré et un peu trop de matières grasses, rapport qualité prix excellent

Selon le dosage et la prescription décrite, il faut au moins 300 ml et pas 200, la mixture est vraiment pâteuse et inbuvable . J’ai celui à la fraise que je prends tout le temps sur toutes les autres marques, le goût à un ressenti de vomi. C’est vraiment affreux, et pourtant depuis de nombreux années que je change de marque, mais toujours sur la fraise, c’est la première fois que j’ai un produit si immonde
