Great Hard Silicon Lax Ball for a Rolling Massage, Fantastic.
I really wasn't that sure what a Lacrosse ball was like, a bit smaller than a tennis ball, it's a lot harder, quite heavy for it's size, basically there is no give to the ball. It has a smooth matte surface, a small seam where the top and the bottom join. It looks a bit lighter blue than it does on my computer screen. It appears well done and that it'll last a long time. I'm an old guy that is still exercising, Rolling my IT band feels pretty darn great, this ball applies a very nice amount of firm pressure when you push on it, the size of the ball gets into the muscle but isn't too small for too small a point and too much pressure. Seems any muscle that's a bit sore, rolling makes it feel better. I wish I'd gotten one years ago. Enjoy. ...Thinking I'll get foam roller I like the rolling feeling so much.

Foot heaven
I was struggling with feet pain and my brother mentioned he uses this ball for all kinda of things, including foot pain. He uses it for deep tissue massage, releasing muscle spasms/Knotts and stretching. I got mine in and so far have stuck to the feet and legs. The ball super firm and stays hard/solid. I keep it in my side drawer to have it on hand when needed and use it a few times a week. It's the size of a tennis ball. High quality and durable. Very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Unique and well laid out treatment theory
I have A lacrosse ball, baseball, and softball. Much cheaper than that rolling tube that I put off buying for a long time. I have had one lumbar micro discectomy and one “nerve burning” in the lumbar spine, so my problem is limited to pain in one SI joint now. It is enough that I have to wear a back brace all the time when standing up, so I’m praying his techniques will help. I have done all the ball exercises in Chris Kidowski‘s book “the Bible of back pain“. one time without improvement but I think it just takes more time. Some of his trigger points do really light up and that tells me I have a bigger problem in that area. His anatomic diagrams are all quite accurate, though if you’re not familiar with anatomy you may have more trouble finding the positions. I can say his stretches gave me significant relief after one session especially Hip Extensors/hamstrings and adductors/inner thigh muscles, which all have a definite affect on your back. I was fascinated when he said if you put the ball on this trigger point you will feel such and such, and that is exactly what I felt!. Referred pain is a known medical fact so this is not made up. I wish I could say more but I am still and A novice and definitely plan to continue the exercises , Especially since it is cheaper than surgery!

Amazing for sore pregnancy
This was amazing during my pregnancy. It is so easy to use and versatile. In the mornings I wound roll on my feet before walking out of bed to get all kinks out. This is small and easy to bring wherever. It works well whether my husband massages it on my back or if I chose to lay on it and work out the kinks myself. The quality is as expected, and much better than trying to use a tennis ball. This also applies more or less pressure depending on preference.

Perfect size and hardness to use as a massage ball.
My chiropractor told me to buy to help tight muscles. i have used a tennis ball for years but this is smaller and much harder which also allows me to work on smaller areas. I sit on ball where tender or sore and raise one leg up and down. Works very well!

Good
Works better than I thought it would. Only complaint I have is that it collects dirt and dust easy and it sticks to it.

La mia pallina preferita per il rilease mio-fasciale piedi e spalle. E' fatta benissimo e ha la giusta consistenza per queste parti, per altre può essere troppo dura

For weeks I've struggled with a knot deep in my hamstring, unable to get to it because of its location. Foam rollers were too wide, and couldn't get in deep enough, and my hands quickly tired, because I was having to pull up against gravity to massage the knot. I've finally been able to get to the knot with the help of this ball, it's been such a relief! Would highly recommend for knots in hard-to-reach places. It's about 6cm in diameter, fits nicely in the palm of your hand. It's solid, but the surface is slightly soft, which is very comfortable for massaging.
