Bought for my brother who smokes. He said it tasted good and was very effective...too much for him, so getting a lower dosage, but he was so happy with this product.

These are my favorite nicotine lozenges to date. They are more expensive than some but you can use FSA/HSA so that helps. The dispenser or case is good. I fill them up more with the second bottle. The size is medium. The smaller ones are too strong and the larger ones are not strong enough. These have an outer layer that hits you quicker right away. The inside can get soft eventually. I like to take them out and put them on a paper towel sometimes if I feel my stomach getting upset or I get the hiccups. (all nicotine replacements seem to do these two things) The small lozenges are not only too strong but too easy to swallow. These can get slippery at times. Someone mentioned they could smell it when I popped one in one time. I wanted to remove a star because they are addictive and I would rather not use them but that wouldn't be fair.

These arrived quickly and were well packaged. Our local stores ran out and it was great to ge able to order them here. The lozenges are ideal and worked well or my husband to stop smoking. The patches were too harsh on his skin, so the lozenges were the perfect solution.

They work

These are so helpful. I smoked for 30 years, 4 packs a day. Between these and the patches I quit. Im down to 2 MG and I might use around 4 a day. Super helpful with cravings. I would buy 1 container to try, they are great but other smokers have said they are very strong.

These things do seem to sate my nicotine cravings, but I tend to avoid using them for a few reasons. Reason 1: they turn to a weird slime near the end of their life. Pretty gross and hard to clean out of your mouth. Normally I'd just swallow or bite a lozenge at the end of it's usefulness, but these specifically tell you not to. Reason 2: you cannot drink anything (like coffee) the entire time you use the lozenge. And since they last an hour or longer, that's a long time to go without a sip of something. You're also directed not to swallow any of your spit. So that becomes challenging and uncomfortable.
