I will happily use it as a non-cracked
Product camer much faster than the order projected. It was a direct replacement and works very well. The touch screen doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's because of the screen or if I missed something during installation. (Since I never really used a touch screen on this laptop, it's not really worth taking it back apart to see. I will happily use it as a non-cracked, non-touch screen as opposed to taking it apart and risk cracking it.)

Touch screen inoperative
1st one came in cracked (shipped box was ok)??? Second one came in fine and the screen works, but the touch does not. Yes, I plugged in the controller board. My client is not at all happy.

Touch screen does not work
Screen was pretty easy to install. You can see the touch screen sensors (hexagon shapes) in the glare more than the original screen which is not really a problem but you might as well find a screen without the sensors at all if the touch screen does not work. If I can find a compatible screen that doesn't have sensors for I will probably return.
