Is this AMP good for a Lake boat install. It says it made for humid conditions. Not sure I need a Marine grade, since i an not in salt water.

Polk says in their information that it stands up to the elements however I just fried my PAD 1001.1 sub amp (sister to the 4 ch amp). Had the toon moored and it rained all night. Water was sitting on the sub amp, protection light was on. No water was on the 4 channel amp. The sub amp when I pulled it apart had corrosion or green/sludge in small amounts along the edges of the board. Both of these amps were new. I ended up pitching the sub amp but the 4 ch amp still plays on strong! In my opinion the amps MUST be installed in a dry place with ventilation especially if your dropping the ohms down to get more output. I installed this system based on the location of e battery's and the boat dealers advice. It's a much better Instalation that a professional shop and every detail was taken into consideration. So I am not totally confident that this brand is as marine environment proof as they say. I will be yanking it out and reinstalling this and the new sub amp in a place where there is zero chance for water. That said this amp rocks I would highly recommend based on clear clean power. It sounds a lot better than my alpine system in the motor home. My system- marine alpine single din, Polk 4 ch amp running 4 ohms with the senate speakers that are a step up from the 6.5 coax (the crossover in these speakers make a significant difference!!)! PAD 1001.1 sub amp running at 1ohm (1300) watts, and a single 12" wet sounds subwoofer. I have compared this system with some of the larger OE wetsound systems and mine blows it away. I done listen to it that loud but rather wanted a clean and clear system. So buy that amp but put it in a dry place with ventilation. It rocks! Boat is a 2013 Bennington GSR 2550 with ESP.Chris

Depending on how you wire them, yes.

Does this amp come with an amp kit for installation

No it doesn't. But to be honest, I have been doing car/marine audio for a long time and i dont know any amp that comes with a amp kit. I have seen pricing bundles with the two together.

is this a perferct match for DB6501 & DB651 speakers?

Without a doubt, yes. I have the DB6501's and it powers them beautifully.
