This is my second mushroom for the tub ( second due to the normal wear and tear of the first one that lasted three years) works well, it catches my long hair and saves me time from having to unclog the drain. The water flow through them is great until you have a lot of hair wrapped around. it’s super easy to clean, just take the hair off and put it back in the drain

I’ve had a tub shroom before, so I already knew that this would work great. My old one had lasted several years before the plastic deteriorated and eventually snapped in half. With this one, the chrome looks so much better in my shower and looks like it fits and belongs in my shower, so I love that. It’s also very easy to use, just remove your original stopper and place it in the drain hole.However, depending on how much hair you have, you might find yourself pulling it out to clean it every few showers. It beats unclogging my shower every few weeks, but I find that the chrome top is comes off every time I pull it out of the shower. Which, is kind of gross to then try and finagle the top back on.I’ll be keeping it though, as I can’t shower without it otherwise my drain is doomed. Hopefully the design is improved for the next one I need to get.

I have longer hair and this item is the first one that really works! Luv it! And finally something affordable that offers quality also. Yay! Highly recommended. : )

This is an essential item in my shower. I have long hair and I don't like my drain to be slow, and like having to clear the drain even less. This catches nearly all the hair that I shed during my shampoo and conditioning. I can easily clean it out and throw away a little ring of hair after each shower. Over time, these become discolored and mildewed and are very difficult to clean. It's inexpensive enough that I will just replace. I do like the metal top on these to keep my bathroom look cohesive. I don't notice any water flow issues unless it needs cleaning due to hair buildup. Great design.

This is the second Tub Shroom I have had. First one I had for a long time and I decided it was time to get a new one. Did I need to, probably not but I like to freshen things up now and then. I have an old bathtub in my house and the drain is wide open. Add to that I am a gal that loses hair like crazy and I am constantly worried about all that hair clogging up the pipes. This nifty little thing fits right inside the drain allowing water to easily drain while catching the hair on the black part that you tuck into the drain. I have to empty it at least once a week - sometimes more - from all the hair it collects. You will notice that the water is not draining as fast when it has collected a lot of hair. I will tell you that my husband is not as much of a fan of this item as I am. He feels that it does not let the water down the drain fast enough and feels as though he ends up standing in a shower of water so he always ends up pulling it out. For the amount of hair it is saving from going into our drains, I think it is worth it to have a little water in the shower now and then. Also, if he would be patient, once the shower gets going and the water has time to catch up with draining through you are not standing in water. I have tried other items that say they collect hair, they don't work anything like this.

It works well but doesnt last long. It has caught hair and is very easy to clean but it becomes less effective and it breaks apart.

My daughter really loves it. Nice and firm. Cool
