HOT! Alternanthera Lilacina Bunch BUY2GET1 Freshwater Live Aquarium Plant Red Stems

I ordered 3 of these. Lost one early on, probably due to lighting. I bought a new light and the remaining plants are doing great. I've separated them a couple times and now have 5 groups of the plant going and they are doing great.

Y'know, the order had already been delayed out in the limbo of mail for far far longer than it should have already but somehow I hoped when I finally received these plants there might still be a chance that they were okay. They arrived in a flat sealed ziploc bag with the bottoms bundled together in the sponge thing. At first appearance they had the right colors and the leaves were intact but once I got the stems separated, there were no viable roots to use on any of them with clear breakage and rot. I cleaned them and put them into the tank anyway. I know that a lot of plants experience leaf melt and whatnot in the first while of being in a new environment but these things didn't even stand a chance. There was nothing to support new growth therefore the things just rotted into a gross pile of mush in the sand. Complete waste of time and money.

I can’t recommend this seller enough and will absolutely be purchasing from them again. The plants are still small, but I’m excited to watch them thrive and grow into beautiful additions to my tank. I also discovered a few tiny hitchhiker snails among the plants. They’re cute and, although I’m unsure of their species at the moment, I’m happy to keep them in my tank for now. I’ve attached a picture of one of these little snails—capturing their charm was a bit tricky since they’re so tiny! Plus, I've included a short video showcasing the plants in my aquarium. I’m hopeful those snails will end up being friendly! Overall, this was an exceptional purchase, and I couldn't be happier!

Arrived alive with some fine roots but does not look at all like the robust bunches in the seller’s photos. (See photo) The bunch was a bit scrawny and there were no weights. You’ll need to add weight to hold them down. The roots are very delicate.??I have a CO2 setup but I give this guy about 50% chance of surviving the next week. I’ll update. UPDATE: Still alive two weeks later. Slow grower but doing ok.

I’ve never received an aquatic plant in worse condition. These are in such bad shape it’s not worth trying to save them. The photo was taken right after they were delivered.

Ordered two different kinds of plants from two different sellers. The shipping from this seller took the longest so we were honestly expecting a disaster considering the other plants that got here on Friday were trashed. This seller for this set of plants packaged them so well that they arrived, today on Monday, better than any plants we’ve ever bought including in person buys. Wetness was retained, plants stayed together, kept their color, and was in a sealed pouch inside of a box. Very happy with this seller and the plants. They are healthy, colorful, and a nice size per each bundle.

These didn’t have a root system when I got them in so most of them died when I put them in the aquarium.
