Good product, easy to install. Missing 4 bolts and if it were supposed to include straps, wasn’t there. Damaged box. Still satisfied.

It was perfect for those family beach days. Load your grill, cooler and beach toys all on the rack and it was good!! Works perfect and the size is made for those easy load and haul days out!

We use this on our Travel Trailer . This works great to be able to keep from putting coolers, pet fencing, chairs, electric scooter, etc. inside the RV. It attaches to our reinforced ( make sure to do this) RV rear bumper, and we could not be happier to have that extra place to haul things. You do need a little mechanical experience when you put it together, if the two piece do not line up just fit one tab onto the other and teak it until both side line up... not hard to do just know you may have to do this. Once together you will really like it.

I'm so sad. I was ecstatic when the box arrive. Tried to put it together and noticed the paint was chipped, and parts were bent and damaged enough that I was unable to assemble.Update: my second cargo rack arrived. I was able to put this one together. The bolts had a very hard time fitting in the holes. Annnd, the rack was damaged and scratched again. They need to figure out how to wrap the edges before putting it in the box. It even has rust! I'm over returning. But sad that this product already looks used.

Received without important hitch mount (. Ox was torn open somewhere before it arrived and taped back together). One note to amazon and Staythere sent another. Easy as pie. Thanks so much. Love my carrier.
