Do you have to fill the reservoir for each pot of coffee you make or does it hold more water?

Initial set up you should pour in 3 pots of water. On the third pot some water will come out like it is brewing. The internal tank will hold about 2.5 pots of water. After the heating period, every time you want to make coffee you will need to pour in a coffee pot full of water. That cold water will go to the bottom of the tank and siphon off a pot of hot water.

What size coffee filters does this unit use? Does it work better with the larger filters?

Does need the larger filters or grounds will be in your cup. Not able to recall the model #.

Can glass decanters be used for this unit?
