Super sturdy. Exactly what I ordered and arrived in brand new condition. This unit does not come with a lid and is not advertised as coming with one; they are sold separately. I did order the rubbermaid dolly to go with this and it is likewise just as sturdy and makes for super smooth rolling and moving this right where you need it, and the wheels have a nice rubber coating that won't damage indoor floors. There were lots of stickers as one reviewer mentioned but I keep adhesive remover around for just such occasions (I use duck brand as it comes with a scraper on the lid - I have children so sticker removal is a necessary thing LOL - I've had that bottle for at least 8 years and still works wonders - one bottle goes a long way, but even regular olive or mineral oil would likely work well enough). I took off what I could on the stickers, rubbed the remover on what was left, went and surfed the net for a bit (probably around 15 - 20 minutes) to let the adhesive remover do it's work. When I came back and scraped at the sticker residue, it just slid right off. Not counting the chill time I spent surfing, it took maybe all of 2 minutes to remove stickers, so that shouldn't scare anyone away. Also I happened to have 55 gallon drum liners from a prior project and they fit the 32 gallon can with TONS of room to spare (they're really too big lol) so I'm sure the 30 or 40-something gallon bags will do nicely when I run out of those.

A wonderful, robust trash can that won't crack in the freezing weather. I mainly use it to carry around with me for foliage and debris when doing lawn/yard work.

I use two of these cans for taking our household garbage to the county collections. Both cans have held up to the elements very well with zero signs of wear or fading. The handles are very easy to grab, and the provisions at the bottom of the cans make them easy to empty. The locking lids are easy to remove with one hand, yet lock in place good enough to withstand 50+ mph winds, and have managed to keep wildlife from accessing the cans. The two cans are large enough that with a household of 7 (two adults and 5 kids) we only need to empty them once a week, but are sized perfectly to fit in the back of a Chevy Tahoe for transport(third row folded down).

Finally! I have been searching for years to find a reliable garbage can. I consistently buy garbage cans that crack and break and I have to attach the ever-dreaded "GARBAGE" sign with Scotch tape to the thing, hoping the garbage men will see it and haul the piece of decrepit junk away, rather than continuing to throw it back into my yard. Not this time! This garbage can is the real deal (and, funny enough, after buying this one, what do I see at nearly every neighbor on my block's driveway the following garbage day? The exact same garbage can! I wonder if they too got fed up with the cans you find in the local department stores and bought this can from Amazon.) I was disappointed that it was only plastic, but it is incredibly durable plastic that holds up against all kinds of weather and no matter what weight you put into it. The one thing I can never figure out, though, is why they don't put little holes on the bottom to let the rain out. These cans are heavy enough as it is without the addition of rainwater, but I guess that would compromise their strength.

The Trash Can is great. Sturdy, perfect size. I only removed a start because for some reason instead of grey color, they shipped me a bright red one. It didn't affect me, but for someone that lives in a place where the color of the trash can is supposed to be specific, this would have been a problem.
