I usually buy mushroom supplements from Paul Stamets' line. I noticed that the Host Defense products are the most gentle on sensitive stomachs. If you don't have a sensitive tummy, the Double Wood brand is a better value. Both companies have a strong commitment to their customers' health and don't take any shortcuts.
