Great to pair with D3
This supplement is awesome quality. I take it with my D3 supplements and have noticed a boost in energy during the day and an ease of deep sleep at night. Helps me maintain my circadian rhythm. Recommended!

It’s all good
3 a day thats what they recommend. Ok I’ll do that for a month. What is happening so far is i sleep real well. And my leg cramps seem to be gone. I’m only on 5th day. So far so good.

PERHAPS HELP FOR SLEEPING
This MIGHT be helpful for sleeping. Have not owned it long enough to really tell. Some nights seems to work pretty good, other nights not so much. I need to give it more time for a proper evaluation.

Lack of zinc and contains filler
Took my first capsule on Saturday to help with my tight calf muscles from running. I am 72 and training for the rock & roll half marathon in San Diego on 10/24/2021. I questioned the recommendation to take 3 capsules after reading that a person can get an overdose of too much magnesium. Consumer survey recommends a high quality magnesium should contain zinc and vitamin D3; but not listed on your product. They also recommend to avoid fillers and additives specifically silicon dioxide which this product contains. I am now skeptical about your product?
