Love this stuff! I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. A nightly massage with this little miracle salve keeps my feet pain free. One tip, sometimes it will arrive grainy. I emailed the manufacturer. Their instructions returned the salve to it's smooth texture. See email below from the manufacturer. This was super helpful and keeps me coming back. Email from manufacturer: This is a naturally occurring reaction in shea butter when it is subject to temperature fluctuations usually caused during shipping. This reaction is commonly known as crystallization. Crystallization occurs when shea butter melts, either intentionally or accidentally during warm conditions, and then cools back down too slowly. As it re-cools, some butters, most particularly shea butter, can crystallize or become grainy. Fortunately, this does not impact the quality or usability or effectiveness of shea butter. The salve should melt in smoothly once applied to your skin. This is not an instance of a bad batch and this reaction occurs because our salve is 100% natural and does not contain any artificial additives or preservatives. However, if you would like to fix the grainy texture, you can melt the salve in a microwave without the lid or the protective seal intact. The salve should completely melt between 1 and 1 and a half minute depending on the strength of the microwave. Do not over heat the salve and turn off the microwave as soon as it is melted. Once melted, place the salve directly into your freezer for about 30 minutes. Once removed from the freezer, let the salve come back to room temperature and store it in a cool and dry place.

I have to have a hip replacement so I need some relief. The doctors nowadays are no help. My wife suggested I try this hemp cream and I'm glad I did. Based on another review, I figured out if you take the top off and put it in the microwave for about 45 seconds, it turns into a warm soft cream. The heat takes effect immediately and the hemp works really well. Try it !

I loved the ease of the balm when applied to the skin non greasy and it has a light fragrance. I use it quite often for neck, lower back and finger joint pain . Highly recommend this product

Update 11/7/25 – I have talked with the manufacturer of this product and received good news! They are working on remaking the old formula, which should be ready shortly! I have added another star. The old formula was great and I look forward to ordering again when it is ready. Old review: Different Formula, Poorer Salve – This was a great product for pain relief. But after purchasing at least 30 jars of this salve, I am greatly disappointed that the formula has been changed! They added soybean oil and another oil to the salve and now it is like a cross between crayon wax and putty. It is difficult to get a specific amount out of the jar and does not spread very well. Hopefully, they will change back to the better salve formula.

This product really works.. I have used Hemp before in 300 mg.. This 500 mg dose seems to work better- lasts longer.. If you have muscle soreness this is for you.. Price point good.. Fast delivery..

I was skeptical! I have lower back pain that radiates to my leg. After hearing about Hemp products I checked Amazon. I looked at many different products, read ingredients, read reviews and read notes that were important to me. I selected Medical Miracles because; a good review, pleasant smell, not heavy, not greasy and it does help. I have to say the reviews were spot on. I love lavender! The scent fades after a couple of minutes, it quickly absorbs into your skin, it is soft and not greasy BUT most of all it does help! I tried it with 1 application and so-so but 2 applications and I noticed a difference. Give it a try!

I bought this for my dad who has chronic pain and diabetic neuropathy. Works good when rubbed and massaged onto the skin. Slightly tacky as its a salve. He says the pain is relieved slowly but does provide relief to the point where he can fall asleep. The pain becomes a very dull pain but bearable. According to my dad it goes down from 9/10 to a 5/10, so that saying a lot for someone who has severe chronic pain. The smell is a little unpleasant but not entirely off putting. What else is CBD hemp balm supposed to smell like? I would've given this 5/5 if the price was a bit lower and if it came with a slightly higher dose of CBD so that the pain would be completely gone, even if it was temporary. But other than that I am happy with my purchase.
