A year ago, I replaced my raggedy plastic garage sink with a restaurant sink and this faucet. OMG, it's amazing!!!! For instance, I love home decorating & painting, but put it off because I HATE paint clean-up. Now, it's a non-issue! I throw the paint brushes in the sink, hit them with this crazy powerful sprayer and I don't touch a thing. All paint tools are good as new! Here's the Customer Service Kicker! We had an Epic winter storm last month. I had no power for 4 days. The garage was a stready 12-17 degrees and a nut on the hot water faucet cracked and blew off. (My fault for not dripping the water) I reached out to the rep, to PURCHASE the part. The response was prompt, courteous & helpful. I keep explaining that the product didn't fail; S---Happens and I'll gladly pay whatever for the part. They aren't having it. Four emails later & the entire handle assembly is headed my way and they won't take my money!!! I'm counting my pennies to see how soon I can buy another one of these faucets & pay "the dude" to put one in my kitchen! I don't Gush very often, but this has been one of the BEST purchases I've made in years.

This faucet is perfect for my nano brewery. Its very sturdy and of solid construction. Assembly and installation was simple and after installation, I had no leaks or drips. I use this faucet on a stainless steel sink and it works perfectly. In my case, I mounted the faucet to the sink backsplash which has about 2 in of clearance to the wall. I used the E-Z Install Wall Mount Faucet Water Line Kit installation kit with 90 degree fittings for the supply lines which worked great. The facet was very easy to install and took me about 20 min to install - and I know very little about plumbing. Super easy. I had a couple of questions about changing some of the parts like the sprayer and the support team assisted me and made sure I was happy with the faucet. I would definitely buy this again.

Pros: Looks great, sprayer attachment is very powerful, very helpful customer service. Cons: Installation can be tricky If you are installing this on a commercial stainless steel sink, installation is very easy. If you are installing this through a kitchen backsplash without access from behind it can be a bit of a challenge, but not impossible. Faucet uses British Standard Parallel Pipe thread which is fine for pretty much everywhere except the US which uses National Pipe Thread. BSPP doesn't use teflon tape, it uses gaskets to insure a good seal. If you are installing this in the US you will have to convert your NPT to BSPP. If in doubt hire a plumber to install it. Having said that the customer service was fantastic in answering questions and providing support.

I bought a used sink to upgrade my garage utility sink. I invested more money into this new faucet. It is great for washing vegetables from the garden and cleaning used paint brushes. The sprayer is very forceful. It really beat the paint out of brushes and cleans the BBQ grill. No more mess inside the house...it stops at the garage. I did not use the pole designed to attach it to the wall. It was too long and I don't feel that we need the extra support. The installation video was great, but my kit was a little different.

Got this for a 30 inch stainless utility sink in a laundry room. Glad I splurged. Love it. It has both hot and cold master knobs that pressurize the system. Then you can use a third handle that controls a regular swivel spout with gravity flow, or a hose assembly with a jet blaster trigger handle. Just a tiny bit confusing till you get used to all the water handles so make sure you teach everyone in your house how to use it before they grab that wand and squeeze the lever handle with the thing fully pressurized. It could make a big mess in your laundry room and make your wife really angry that you don't warn her...hypothetically....

I was looking for a short neck faucet with the commercial sprayer that wasn't going to be huge or cost too much. This was for my home so couldn't get the commercial versions which had tall sprayer towers. This was perfect and was easy to install (per my plumber)
