It's a really pretty lamp, but not as tall as advertised. Colors are great.

Beautiful Retro Lamp
Very happy with this purchase! It was the perfect size, and the quality exceeded my expectations. The shade is real glass and came so well packed that a fall from the top of the Empire State building wouldn't have broken it (I saved the box for future moves)! The pull-toggle switches work smoothly and easily, and the lamp works perfectly well with smart bulbs.

This was one of those rare purchases that met all of my expectations. The lamp is absolutely gorgeous, and the colorful inlaid glass keeps me from missing my Christmas tree as much as I did before. It is true, as other customers have stated, that the shade becomes quite warm; however, I am using 60W appliance bulbs (which are smaller), and the heat is not a major issue. Also, the lamp comes with an oily sort of coating, which produces an odor when lit/heated. I found I could remove this oily coating by wiping the shade multiple times (when the lamp is off) with facial tissues. An unexpected bonus was the solidity and weight of the lamp; the shade is undoubtedly somewhat fragile, but the base is so heavy that I am not the least bit fearful about it tipping over.

Very Attractive
I live in a historic house built in 1838. Electricity was brought into the house in 1890 so this Victorian-style Tiffany lamp fits in perfectly. The size is just right for a bedside lamp and I love the fact that it has two bulbs so that I can keep the light low if I need to get up at night. The colors blend well and the yellow-colored glass is a soft shade and does not clash with the decor. The room has no other items in it that are yellow and I was concerned about adding an additional color but it blends in beautifully. I also like the base which is very attractively designed.
