Very sour
Crystalline - looks like sugar. 12g in 100ml started to dissolve, but slowly, so topped up with 100ml boiling water and it then dissolved easily. Very sour, with funky, sulphurous aftertaste ('acetyl' - acetic acid - vinegar). Many people would find this unacceptable, but I've drunk some ropey wine over the years. I'm mixing it into a fruit tea, which is sour anyway, so the whole thing packs a punch. On the side of caution, I rinse my teeth afterwards.Better value than capsules, so I'll persist with it.
