My most favorite gluten free crackers
I have been gluten free since 2003, and during the course of that time have tried many different GF crackers. I discovered these at a local cheese shop, and they quickly became my favorite. The right level of salt, and a nice crunch. More flavor than the other brand of rice crackers I've tried (Kame), and these go well with hard and soft cheese, as well as hummus. I put them out with gluten crackers on Christmas eve, and the Sesmark crackers quickly disappeared. I was very pleased to find these on Amazon as my local shop is often out of stock due to their popularity.

My favorite rice crackers ...
I love rice crackers with the various dips I purchase from my local deli (spinach/artichoke, jalapeno cheddar, etc.). They're crunchy, the perfect size, and sturdy enough to handle the weight of the dip. It's my favorite snack, beating out chips, nuts, etc. Amazon's price is great, too.

Yummy, and wheat/corn free!
- These are one of several wheat-free AND corn-free ((yes, I really am allergic to both...)) bread-and-cracker-alternatives I've tried. - I like these a lot. They are seasoned with soy sauce, but lightly, so they go really nicely in my opinion with a variety of toppings, but also are quite good by themselves. - They do contain have salt/sodium, so if that's important for anyone's particular diet, check the description, I think the levels are listed.

Crunchy Carbs for Gluten-Free Folks
When I found out I was gluten-intolerant I had a lot of functional foods to replace. As I began to search out and try what the health stores and groceries had to offer I ran into a lot of truly unappetizing products - and no really great ones. When it came to crackers, breads, or other easy-to-use holders of spreads and dips and sandwich makings, I quickly learned that the bread choices were worse than eating cardboard. So I began to explore the various crackers. Most were rice based. Some were spiced up with flavorings that tasted like chemicals. Others were limp or crumbly. Some were terribly bland. Then I discovered Sesmark Rice Thins. They are quite crunchy, with a satisfying snap to them, and while the Brown Rice flavor is not an exciting taste, it serves very well with all sorts of other foods: sesame tahini or nut butters; babaganous, hummus, olive tepenade, caponata, etc; also with butter or cream cheese. They are not too salty, but do have a some sea salt that is just right for me in these settings.I also like them by themselves. A snack of 5 of these (about 40 calories, half a gram of fat) is satisfying for the odd moment of feeling like eating carbs. In fact, their blandness keeps me from wanting more than I 'need'. Limiting myself to 5 works very well.I really love the taste of the Sesame flavor of these Rice Thins, and could eat a full package at one sitting. They don't need any toppings, though they take them well. Their crunch is slightly less snappy, still great. If you like sesame, these are a great choice, gluten-free or not.

Those concerned about food sensitivity
My 5 kids and husband love these. I personally don't care for the flavor and texture. I started buying these at health food stores 13+ years ago when I learned my eldest couldn't eat wheat, corn, soy, any animal milk, citrus fruits, table sugar and many other mainstream foods. Those consumers concered with food sensitivities can be assured by my experience that if there is any cross contamination in the making of these crackers it is minimal. 4 of my 5 kids get(got) asthma and hives from eggs and any animal milk and all of them get(got) diarrhea from soy. We have never had a reaction to these crackers. They have reacted to many products that say "may contain (any of the various food sensitivities)." My older 2 have outgrown many of those sensitivities since but my younger 3 have not. The older 2 have stopped eating many of the "health food" products we started buying all those years ago. The Brown Rice Thins are one of the few they still enjoy. The plastic bag is difficult to get open so the tray slides in and out. The older kids often use scissors or rip it unevenly (allowing crackers to spill when bumped sideways on the shelf). Compared to Health Food Store prices and other specialty cracker brands these are a great value. These crackers were a huge factor in getting my Amazon membership. The savings on these crackers alone cover about 75% of my annual Amazon membership. We go through 2 cases a month in the summer it's closer to 2 1/2. I pray the company never changes the ingredients of these crackers as we have lost many foods over the years because companies change the ingredients.

Good quality
These arrived unbroken. They are the brown rice flavor which I was not familiar with. At first I thought they were maybe a bit stale, but it's actually the flavor of the rice bran. I really enjoy the flavor now. They are crisp and salty.
