Verify your current unit and this one is same to have a good outcome
My fan was going possessed with lights on and off at just a whim. Opened up my fan and made sure before I ordered this that it was the right item. It worked as expected. I did not have ability to change the fan direction, the seller explained that was a different part in the fan that did that. (one more repair I'll have to decide if it's worth doing). Right now I'm just happy its working and for the most part functional

Works great so far! Successfully replaces 7067IG-04 (6+6) receiver
This unit replaces a failing UC7067RC unit tagged version 7067IG-04 (6+6) electronic reverse on remote with up/down lighting. everything works as it should. Fan was not a Hampton Bay brand (came from Costco 10 years ago), but as you are probably finding out, the UC7067 is used in one way or another on a BUNCH of fans, its a matter of finding the correct combination - in this case 3 speeds, remote reverse, and up and down lighting is what I needed. UC7080T remote is what I have for mine, works like a charm. As long as the DIP switch settings match on both remote and receiver, you should be good to go

needed to replace a 15 yo Monte Carlo remote receiver in the ceiling fan with up and down lights as well as 3 speed fan with reverse. This unit fit and worked perfectly.
