Amazing product! Great for postpartum recovery with a c-section. Slept in it with how much comfort it provided. The support was the best when I had to stand on my own to go use the bathroom.

The postpartum belt was a game-changer for my recovery after delivery! It provided great support to my abdomen and helped reduce discomfort, especially when moving around. The adjustable fit made it comfortable to wear, and I noticed it helped with my posture too. However, it can feel a bit tight at times, so make sure not to over-tighten it. Overall, I highly recommend it for new moms looking for extra support during postpartum healing.

I'm 4'11 131 Lbs while pregnant. Purchased and got it in a timely manner. Material is great, very nice when I first got it. With use the elastic started to come out so when I wear my tops ontop it sticks onto each other like velcro kinda because the plastic in the belt is coming out. Had it for a month. It did help with my belly. It didn't slim it completely as you would have to exercise, but did help. I'm down to 109 now. Still got my belly so I still need to exercise it away. Comfortable, but a pain to take off and put back on if you use all 3 to go to the bathroom for me so I usually just use the one for my belly and not the small one or hip belt. It got big and not as tight as I want it now that I'm down in weight so I ordered a different ine in a smaller size. Hips usually 35 and 26 waist.

They helped me a lot in my postpartum, I really like them, they are very comfortable.

Edit to add to original review after used product: I've been using this postpartum belt for 3 weeks. I have used it daily starting 2 days post partum. You can tighten it as much as you like. Beware the Velcro loses its "stick" after a week. Abdominal binding has tremendously improved facilitating my muscles coming together and my uterus contract. If this belt was better made, I would give it 5 stars but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks. Original review: I can only give it 4 stars because I haven't tried it yet, but it is made better than the Belly Bandit. I purchased the Bandit for my first pregnancy and hated how it was so thick, bunched up, and was so hot. This is thin and breathable fabric. This one is similar to the post partum belt sold at babies r us. The Tirain belt is adjustable as your stomach goes down. With the bandit, you have to buy 2 sizes as you lose inches. The Tirain belt comes with multiple pieces and photo instructions. Looking forward to using this.

Must have ! I had a c section and I didn’t use all 3 belt at once instead separating into parts. Right after surgery I use the slowest part first to lay on bed move around my house. I birthed 10.5 lbs baby, so my uterus is huge and my weight is 239 lbs with 5’2 body height. Very supportive, great quality, and size. Compressed very well. The second stage when I put upper stomach belt works great too

La use para mi postparto la primera etapa me funcionó de maravilla, súper cómoda, viene en 3 partes y la puedes usar como mejor te parezca, bajo muchísimo mi hinchazón la usé desde que salí del hospital conste que fui cesárea. la recomiendo muchísimo.

Reason for a 4 star it was too big for my waist. I figure if it was a good size it would be perfect. The material was good overall

Long term use will give results, gets a bit stretchy and looses these small particles of the sticky end, which gets annoying and sticks to fabric of your clothe, but good product otherwise

The belt turns from the sides when worn. Not happy with the outcome of the product
