Great product! Easy to put on & easy to take off. Doesn't smudge too much & lasts all day! Great for the waterline & those with watery eyes. I have been using this eyeliner for 20+ years. Have not found anything else comparable.

I have blonde/grey hair and use the taupe shade to give myself eyebrows. This color isn't too harsh and it's easy to apply. I've tried a couple other brands, but came back to Covergirl.

A definite classic from way back when. Still very quality and works very well! Gives a nice smokey eye effect when blended with eyeshadow.

Affordable Makeup!

I don't have cool colored eyes, like green or blue or hazel. Mine are plain poop colored brown. I had been searching for a pencil eyeliner to make my eyes pop a bit from their dullness. I quickly came across this Covergirl eyeliner for $3. Eyeliners are really tricky to find in drug stores these days, and I wanted a pencil eyeliner that I could sharpen. I was hesitant to order from amazon since the shipping is ridiculous if you’re not a prime member; but I gave it a try anyway.Anyways, this product was easy to apply, but the durability of it was awful and quickly wore. The applicability of it is smooth and direct and I love the pencil feel, rather than liquid or crayon. I am also able to easily sharpen it once it dulls which is handy. The blending tip on the other end was a useful addition, and I often used to wipe off excess eyeliner. Liquid eyeliners are difficult to apply and the crayon-like ones break easily and don’t twist.So overall, I would rate it a 6/10 just because it wore so easily and I can’t go more than an hour without it completely rubbing off. I tried searching for the same product but waterproof, but Covergirl doesn’t carry one. Much better than the Jumbo NYX eyeliner though. That stuff is an actual rip off piece of junk. Pretty disappointing because this particular product would have so much more potential if it was just waterproof. Not bad for $3 though. I don’t have time throughout my busy days to reapply eyeliner, so it was kind of a useless product at the end of the day. Great applicability, but bad day wear.

I don’t know why I was spending so much money on eyeliner. I forgot how good these are. Absolutely beautiful, doesn’t smudge or smear and is a deep color, easy to apply.
