is size 43 a us size 10?

A size 43 is closer to a 9-9.5. A size 44 is just under a 10. A size 44.5 is just bigger than a 10. Sidi sizing doesnt match US sizing exactly.

Can these be used with a Peloton? Did you order a size up and which cleats did you buy?

No because these have a 2 bolt design for cleats. you need the Alba 2, Genius 7,Genius 10 or another Sidi road bike shoe that has a 3 bolt cleat design.

what is the compatible size with 45 EU specialized shoes?

What material are the soles made of in the sidi Dominate 7 ? Carbon Fiber or something else? thanks

The sole is the "MTB SR17" made of nylon (not carbon) with red PU (polyurethane) inserts. Very easy to get a great fit since they come in half euro sizes. Excellent quality (made in Romania), very comfortable, and highly recommended.
