The Right Combination of Magnesium
I have been using other brands of magnesium because I know it is needed for "more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body" This is the line that you always read when you search online for 'The Benefits of Magnesium" but some of them can really set your off with different side effects. Magnesium needs to be taken based on your specific needs and not all types of Mag will solve all your issues. After doing an extensive research and doing a comparison chart in Excel it showed that I would benefit the most from Magnesium Malate, Citrate, and Glysinate. Being in a chelated form is a big plus. My experience? the first night I fell asleep fast, slept like a baby, and I was very calm throughout the day without stress or anxiety. So far it has been very gentle on my GI system. I was looking for something to help with constipation without being overwhelming, and this seems to be working perfectly. I think I found the right one!
