Q: I tried the asin listed in the questions section but i can't find the replacement heads. i have searched every way i can think. is there a link?

No there is no replacement head. The seller said if there are product issues to just email them and they will replace it or give a refund. I've had mine for a few months and haven't felt like I need to replace them. Gentle was with a wash cloth to keep it clean. I saw that someone said you can remove the heads to remove the hair that is collected to keep it running properly.

Q: Is it normal to see the white light flashing while it is charging?

When charging, the indicator light is red

Q: Can i still use shaving cream stuff woth this ? And does it have to have replacement heads or no and ia it water proof ?

Definitely water proof I use in the shower. I use shaving cream or sop with it. No replacement heads included.
