Bought this for timing runs and drills for football. Accurate, easy to use, metal, not flimsy plastic. Take your time getting to know the buttons. Read the instructions. This is a nice piece. Speed and timing are everything when documenting for college and more so for NFL. Everything else is on the player. I wanted a nice stopwatch. It has weight. Truly a decent price. You cannot pull it out of the box and just go. You need to understand those buttons. You want accuracy from the person controlling the stopwatch too in order for there to be true accuracy. Seriously impressed by the quality and functionality of this stopwatch. The display is bright and clear. The buttons are precise and produce a nice loud beep that can be heard i noisy environments. The case is solid metal and feel like it can withstand a drop or two.Minus a star for not having a on/off switch or lock out. It gets turned on accidentally in my bag ALL THE TIME and wears out batteries. The batteries are fairly way to replace but require a micro screwdriver. The lanyard mount is also very flimsy and not confidence inspiring considering the hefty metal casing.

This is a solid stopwatch. It weighs 4.5 ounces and looks really impressive. It does not claim to be waterproof but that wasn't one of my concerns. It was beautifully packaged--the only thing is that it took a month for delivery. (Talk about a slow boat from China). This is a handsome and functional stopwatch, I would expect it to give me years of service.

Nice stop watch. Nice feature, beep and light. However, after 9 months it stopped working. Battery is fine. It's not really water resistant. Pretty sure the sweat off my hand got inside it. Very disappointing for an expensive stop watch.

It looks great and feels great in hand. But I find it ridiculously complicated to get and keep in the right mode for use as a simple stopwatch. Tech-savvy 52-year-old professor here Inevitably, it beeps and beeps as I fiddle with the button while someone is waiting. I give up. I'll open a browser tab (google "stopwatch") or use my phone. If you surmount the fraught user experience design, it's a nice timepiece.

The stopwatch is solidly built and easy to use. I had problems with the backlight with my first purchase of this item as it stopped working after only a week. The seller promptly responded to my message and provided a replacement which has been working great. If you are in need of a well built stopwatch with a backlight I would definitely recommend this product now.

Just like a lot of others, I thought the screen was permanently scratched. Turns out there is a peel-off plastic screen protector on the face. It is just hard to see that it is there. When peeled off it was left with a nice scratch-free face. I have been using it for a few days now and everything seems to be working great. It was very easy to follow the directions and turn the beep off, figure out the countdown timer, and set the clock. It only has a 24hr clock, but it's not so bad. You get used to it fast. The time has remained accurate since I set it. I am very impressed with it at this point.Update: Seven months later and this stopwatch still works like the day I bought it. I use it almost every day and it still has the original battery. No scratches as well. Even the face is still in like-new condition. I highly recommend it.

Originally I wrote a poor review based on the battery life. I received correspondence from said company on how to turn the watch on and off which I may not have seen in the instructions (press mode button for 3 seconds to turn on and three to turn off). The watch is sturdy and beautiful and now with this ability I believe the battery will last. Battery replacement requires a tool of some sort to twist it counter clockwise. As to not ruin it I would say this is best done by a jeweler . Good luck and will update battery life info if need be. I am mostly using it for the clock function, not the stopwatch.
