JVL Lightweight Indoor Angled Soft Bristle Sweeping Brush Broom, Turquoise/Grey 20-044TQ

My first real use of this brush was when my daughter accidentally knocked a glass bottle of beer and a two litre bottle of Dr Pepper off the side in our kitchen. The glass smashed on the tiled floor and the plastic bottle split, spewing Dr Pepper up the walls, the ceiling, and all over the floor. Glass, beer, and a huge amount of fizzy drink to clean up. This brush easily scraped all the liquid and glass up into a dustpan so I could tip it into a sieve at the sink and dispose of the glass safely. The squeegee rubber on one side pooled the liquid perfectly and by the end, the floor was almost dry, and finished drying quickly. I could get the vacuum out for the remaining tiny shards, and wash the floor. Cleaning up would have been a thousand times more difficult and less safe with just the dustpan and kitchen roll! I didn't have to get my fingers near the glass and liquid. For that alone I give this brush full marks. I am always using the brush now, it's brilliant for brushing up dog hair, dirt and food debris on our tiled floors and I appreciate the telescopic handle which allows me to hang it up inside our short under-stairs cupboard. This is the perfect brush for sweeping and cleaning up indoors.

I would be lying if I didn't say that every person who has seen this broom has asked me where I got it from. I didn't realize a broom could be such a talking point! The quality is incredible, very durable and has a brilliant adjustable handle length. Comes with a hook at the top of the handle that I just hang up in my wardrobe when I'm not using it - the adjustable size nature means it closes up really small. The brush is plastic, which works really well on carpet and my vinyl flooring. Really good for sweeping up pet hairs and any tiny bits that get caught in corners! Has a "scooper" (for lack of a better word) on the top of the brush so that you can sweep up and tricky bits. Not an ugly broom at all and packs up really small so I can hide it away. Ease of use is brilliant - I am very impressed and so is everyone who sees it, apparently!

I chose the bamboo broom because it's mostly made of natural materials and looks nice too. The first one arrived with the head broken off. Amazon quickly sent a replacement which broke after about 2 days of very light use. It's very poorly designed: The plastic socket that the handle screws into is held to the bamboo head with some glue and one tiny screw. Also the head isn't angled like most brooms. It's a shame because it's a nice looking broom and, if there was a proper bracket between the head and handle I'm sure it would give years of good service. I can't believe the current design got beyond a prototype. It's simply not fit for purpose. Also Amazon: why do you ship it assembled? This uses way too much packaging and makes it vulnerable to damage in transit.

Top of it came off but other than that works as expected

Très bon produit pour les propriétaires d’animaux ! Les poils sont ramassés efficacement, que ce soit sur le carrelage, le parquet. Les poils en caoutchouc accrochent bien la saleté sans la disperser, et la raclette intégrée est pratique pour les liquides ou les finitions. Petit bémol à noter : une fois déplié complètement, le balai mesure environ 1m20, ce qui peut sembler un peu court pour les personnes de grande taille ou pour un usage prolongé. Ce détail mérite d’être pris en compte avant l’achat. Un petit pouce est toujours très apprécié 👍

El palo de la escoba es un poco débil, y la escoba no muy grande aunque barre bien la suciedad

La scopa è buona ma il manico è troppo corto e sottile, sembra quasi che stia per spezzarsi quando si spazza. Se il manico fosse stato più resistente il prezzo sarebbe stato adeguato.
