Worth paying more for
This colour was hard to get hold of and they are not cheap but it is a Winsor & Newton professional half pan watercolour paint. You may be tempted to buy the cheaper W&N cotman paint but the quality of this professional one is so much better (more vibrant) so in this case you actually do get what you pay for. Highly recommended. It dropped a star purely because they are really fiddly to unpackage. If it wasn’t double wrapped I would give it 5 stars (but all similar packaging gets a star taken off by me).

Beautiful colour
I love Winsor & Newton professional paints. They are super high quality and very pimented. I love the richness of the colour of this paint, and how well it mixes with my other colours.In my opinion, these are the best quality paints you can get for the price. Very happy with this half pan of paint, will buy again when I need to.

You can always count on WN for high quality and consistent results. I've tried cheaper brands but they always dissatisfy me. I always go back to WN.

Nice smooth colors
These dissolve well and have good consistency. Plenty of room for additional colors in the tray. The mixing tray/cover slopes a bit too much and needs to be propped up or your paint runs off, but handy to have in a pinch. The lid wells work much better.
