Just replaced my first one after 6 years. Still works but some bits broke off over the years. Great water made from ok tap water

The upper chamber with the pre-filtered water does not sit perfectly into the container, and the lid does not fit perfectly on top of the container. This causes two issues. First, if there is still unfiltered water in the upper chamber, then some of it is getting mixed in with the filtered water when you pour. Second, it causes water to dribble down the side of the container when you pour. Probably 1% to 5% of the water ends up on my counter. There was a similar issue with the first filter not fitting snugly. The second filter does fit better, so that issue might have been in the filter.

I love this pitcher! This is my second one. This pitcher makes a big difference in our water quality. It even got my kids drinking water, when before they wouldn't.

I like it a lot just wish the lid stayed on better other than that love it

The pitcher seems to be a very good quality piece and the extra cartridges make it super convenient. I like to keep stocked:)

Lid and filter housing would not stay in pitcher or each other. Not very well made. Water tasted clean thru filter. Was a shame to return.

Been using this for almost 3 months now. Remember to wait for the water to filter to the bottom before pouring. Recommend!

I ordered this pitcher as a bundle with 2 additional filters. All I got was a pitcher with filter and 1 additional filter. The photo for this product clearly shows a pitcher with filter and 2 additional filters. I will not open it and will return it.
