Just Like the Ones in Germany
You couldn't go by a store in Germany without seeing these steins but the pricing was outrageous. Drinking beer out of these seems to mellow it out (or maybe it just seems that way after two or three fillings). Nevertheless, I love these steins, so after returning, I found quite a few on Amazon. Needless to say, they're all now made in China - yes, even the ones in Germany. But the ones on Amazon are half the price! So not only did I buy one for myself, I also bought one for each of my three sons. Now, we buy a keg, have a family gathering and drink from our steins.
