Mario Badescu Face Scrub, Exfoliating Facial Scrub That Softens and Nourishes Skin

I’m now using only MB skincare from start to finish. I have, or had, eczema & oily patches on my face that are gone! They smell amazing too.

This scrub is just okay. It smells great and leaves my skin soft, yet there isn't enough exfoliant (strawberry seeds) in it to thouroughly exfoliate my skin.The creamy, whipped consistency is nice and feels more like you're cleansing with cold cream than actually using a scrub.I found myself really struggling to collect up strawberry seeds for the areas that needed exfoliating, mostly my chin and nose.The results are lackluster at best, but the cream really does make your skin feel soft and moisturized even if it doesn't feel exfoliated.I wouldn't recommend this for someone who needs a decent amount of exfoliation on a consistent basis.

I like this face scrub. It smells really good. It's a natural exfoliant so you don't have to worry about any of those weird plastic beads that are in many face washes. I use it in the shower because it is very messy. I can't tell how well it exfoliates, but if I put it on like a mask and leave it on for a few minutes while I'm shaving my legs or something, and then exfoliate my face before washing it off, it makes my skin feel tighter and soft.

I purchased this product to use in a seasonal facial promotion at my skin care shop. It has a pleasant strawberry scent and a rich creamy texture. The strawberry seeds make a nice polishing ingredient for the skin, and the cream base gives a nice silky feel. I would not recommend this product for rosacea or sensitive skin as the particles may create additional redness or irritation for sensitive skin conditions. This is would be a nice weekly or bi-weekly scrub for normal skin that needs a nice refreshing boost.

I cannot laud Mario Badescu products more highly. I have extremely sensitive, fair, oily skin prone to redness and pore clogging around the nose. Most exfoliating scrubs are harsh and they just disrupt the delicate balance of my face. Not this. The scrubbing is so light yet effective. I use it after removing my makeup and washing with the Enzyme gel or the Botanical gel cleanser. Followed up with toner and moisturizer, this stuff is incredible. It’s gentle enough to use daily. My skin has never looked better or been clearer.

I wanted to try the scrub because I heard such great things about it. I like the smell of it and everything but I'm not really liking the size of the seeds in the scrub I don't feel my face is as clean as it could be. I'm going to keep using it to see if it improves in some way.

This scrub is really pretty and smells like strawberry icing. Unfortunately, it doesn't do the trick for my dry skin (especially at my hairline on my forehead). This isn't a bad product at all, but apparently I need something a little more heavy duty. This will probably be better for me in the summer when I need lighter exfoliation.
