My husband, who works out at the gym 5 days a week, decided to give it a try as he’s never tried such a thing. He loves it! I put one scoop in a 32 ounce water bottle the night before. I feel by doing this it gives the powder time to truly settle. It does call for mixing it in 6-8 ounces of water. I think the strong taste that some reviews write about is due to it being in too little water. 32 vs 6-8 is quite a difference but it works perfectly for my husband. He loves blueberries & says the taste is just right with it being in 32 ounces of water. He feels it would be too strong if it was in 6-8 ounces. He begins to drink it on the way to the gym. He tells me within less than 5 minutes he feels an energy boost like he never had before. The mixture of caffeine, creatine monohydrate & beta-alanine is just right to provide the necessary stamina to begin his workout routine. He finishes off the water bottle as he begins to work out & reverts to regular water. He loves the energy & focus this provides. What I love about this powder is the added supplements. My husband isn’t one to take a men’s multivitamin. I’m all for it. This powder has Vitamin D, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid & Calcium. All great supplements for a man who doesn’t take a multivitamin! For all the positives this offers the price is well worth it! This is now a permanent staple in his workout regime. I have been taking this pre workout for about 2 months now and it has definitely made a difference. I do CrossFit and before I started taking this I was getting gassed out during my workouts and just felt like I needed an extra boost to help me out. This stuff is pretty good. The taste isn't horrible and best of all it works. It gives me a good boost before going to the gym. I just cant take it after 3pm or it will keep me awake all night.

I was using another brand, but I hated the jitters and tingles, so since I already use Optimum Nutrition protein, I decided to try this. First and foremost no Tingling or jitters, that alone is 5 star worthy. I usually make it the night before and put it in the fridge (I like cold drinks) I'll drink it on my way to the gym and by the time I have stretched you can feel it. I would recommend this and have recommended it to my friends, it is great and I do love the blueberry flavor.

The flavor is good, but does not fully dissolve. The more you shake it, the more foam sits on top, but still leaves grit in my teeth. Works well, I suppose, just can’t wait to finish it so I can buy something else.

This is the best pre-workout I've tried. I just feel like I have more energy to workout. Others make me feel jittery or on edge, but not this one. The fruit punch flavor is a bit strong, but I honestly like it a lot. It takes a bit of stirring with cold liquid, but it isn't gritty and it's easy to drink.
