I’ve been using this dehydrator regularly and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s easy to operate, quiet, and dries fruits, vegetables, and herbs evenly. I love how I can make healthy snacks at home like apple chips, dried mango, or even veggie crisps.The trays are spacious and easy to clean, and the temperature control is accurate. I’ve already recommended it to several friends. Great value and great performance, a kitchen essential for anyone who loves homemade, preservative-free snacks.

Great compact machine to make home made snacks and single ingredient dog treats. Very quiet, reliable, and can run overnight. Set times may not always be accurate but this depends on overall humidity levels in your area, you can easily adjust to dry for shorter or longer amounts during the dehydration process. Would reccomend for anyone who is looking for a great compact machine that takes up little counter space and can be stored away easily. Satisfied with my purchase so far. Only downside is that you may have to purchase more trays if you want to make fruit leathers or fruit jerky. Other than that, it has been an enjoyable process using this machine.

I’m a big fan of Cosori products, and their Food Dehydrator is no exception! This machine is fantastic — powerful, efficient, and very user-friendly. The temperature control up to 176°F is perfect for making jerky, drying fruits, and more. It heats evenly across all 5 stainless steel trays, so everything dries consistently without having to rotate trays constantly.The build quality feels solid and durable, and the trays are easy to remove and clean, which I really appreciate. It’s surprisingly quiet during operation, which is a nice bonus.Having used a few Cosori kitchen appliances before, I can say this dehydrator lives up to the brand’s reputation for quality and reliability. If you want to make your own jerky or dried snacks at home, this is an excellent choice.Highly recommend!

The Cosori dehydrator arrived in perfect condition, is compact, and seems to be of good quality. I like that it came with an instruction manual, which was easy to understand, and a recipe book. The machine is easy to operate and is a breeze to clean. With 6 shelves, the surface area is more than adequate for our needs. The first batch of dried apples cooked for 10 hours. All were evenly cooked and so tasty. I am very happy with my purchase!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my calendula flowers to make salve, but this far I have only dried citrus, apricots, strawberries and apples. We plan to do dried tomatoes and jerky soon. So far so good! My husband doesn’t mind it tucked in the corner but we were nervous running it all night. We turned off for four hours and resumed and all worked great! Very little smell b it the smell there was was a good one with all the fruity smells! I ordered and cut silicone sheets to fit and there was virtually no dripping or mess. We will also be making fruit leather as they provided a tray for that. Very excited. It’s nice and quiet, too.

Wow, I’m impressed. I’m not one to write reviews unless it’s extremely good or extremely bad. I used to own an old, round plastic dehydrator. I decided to upgrade and found this one with stainless steel trays. I mainly use it to make dog treats. Chicken and beef jerky, chicken hearts, beef liver, green mussels, sardines, and veggies. It’s much faster and cooks more evenly without rotating trays than my previous dehydrator. Functions are so easy even a tech moron like me can use it without fail. The size is perfect for my use. It’s smaller than a mini oven. It’s quiet, cleans up easily and powerful. I haven’t been this satisfied with a purchase in a while. I also bought it during prime day sale so the price during the sale fit my budget. Win, win, win!

After the first batch of homemade beef jerky made using NY Strip Steak, this is easily the best dehydrator I have ever had. I have had several of the stacked plastic units and they just are not as good. This unit hold temperature very well and keeps it even through all the racks. No need to move the racks around during drying to keep the drying even. All the trays are metal. They won't heat crack or brake, and they are dishwasher safe. The unit does need about 20 inches of counter space font to back to work properly. The fan draws air from the back of the unit, which needs about 2 inches of space from a wall or other objects. Warm air is exhausted from the sides near the front of the unit. It is not rated for outdoor use and must be used inside. The digital temp control and timer work great.
