VERY GOOD DVR UNIT. RECOMMENDED ...
It did work, as intended, for two days. Recorded 2 audio files. Perfect.After that IT STOPPED WORKING. Says DISK ERROR. THANKS TO THE PROMPT CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BY EVISTR.COM, THEY HAVE PROCESSED MY REQUEST FOR A REPLACEMENT UNIT.This is the sort of service we expect from Global brands and their National Distributors.Happy to see this happen in my case, too.

USB CABLE ISSUE
Wrong USB cable supplied which is not fitting into the slot of Digital Voice Recorder. Hence, the DVR cannot be used for want of suitable cable.

Good
Received on 7/4/21, was initially confused with the working of this machine but after going through the manual throughly iam now able to operate with ease. Sound quality is good could improve more, noise cancelling is quiet limited, the sound is not that clear is the distance is more.

Low chinese Recorder
Voice Recording quality is worst than normal recorders. Don't go over highly technical words given in Product description .They are just to fool customers. My recommendation is to go for olympus, philips and sony recorders which are time tested by customers.
