I have locs and bought this dryer in 2018, I still have it and it works fine. When I purchased it, it was $40. It is now $90. Even with the steep increase, it's still worth the money.

I like the heat settings and the hood of this dryer as it comforts fits around my head with the air blowing on my hair and not face. However, I did not like the inability to adjust the height of the hood placement. I had to be creative with my furniture and placement of the dryer to be able to sit somewhat comfortably under it. However, for the price, it is a a quality hair dryer.

Works like before. I had one that lasted me 10 plus years. However the adjustable height is lost on me.

I've used this 3 times so far and it works well but when I sit under the dryer it only dries about 65% of my hair so I have to twist my head down and to the sides to get the hair on the far ends. I even have to use a hairdryer usually which is what I didn't want to do Also the hood is big enough for my medium sized afro which was important to me

My hair is thick and mid length down my back and when I get out of the shower and I’m all done putting on my lotions, I take my phone. I play games while sitting under the dryer two settings higher lol I love it. I sit there and play my games and my hair is getting dry in 20 minutes. It is great a great gift it would make.

Antes de comprarlo ya lo había usado en un salón de belleza. La gente que generalmente se queja del producto es porque no sabe cómo usarlo. Yo lo compre para hacerme hidrataciones de cabello en casa. Basta con comprar tu mascarilla regular para el cabello, una capa de plástico, está máquina y podrás hidratar tu cabello como lo harías en un salón. Es maravilloso con sus dos modos de calor ya que te permite calibrar cuando aire caliente vas a recibir (recuerda que tu cabeza estará metida ahí). Por otro lado estoy pensando en comprar unos rulos de cabello de los que se usan para moldear de manera que luego que seque el cabello con el secador, pueda hacer ondas con esta máquina maravillosa. Si tu idea es comprar esto para secar tu cabello y que este quede liso o alaciado, estás en el lugar y producto incorrecto pero si lo que quieres es hidratar tu cabello está puede ser una opción económica frente a las demás.
