Q: is ok to put the refrigerant back into the system from this tank?

Yes, as long as you know the refrigerant you took out is clean. You must make sure you pull a vacuum on the tank this way you know it's also a clean tank.

Q: It say "may be use with 410A " what do you mean by that? is only 410a tank or r22?

410A is an high pressure refrigerant, this cylinder is rated for 410A so it would handle any lower pressure refrigerants, such as R22 .
