Got a paper of about 1.5 cm size in the powder

When I visited India in the summers as a kid, this was something I would drink if I got sick. Tastes wonderful. It has a cooling sweetness like monk fruit sweetener. I bought it out of nostalgia, but now I use it post-workout to boost insulin levels.
