Great easy product did this in a couple hours
Really happy with the outcome. I liked my wood vanity, but not the 90s light orange color. This helped bring out the grain, darken the tone a little and overall bring it back to life after years of wear and tear. Lightly sanded first, then wiped with cloth to remove dust. Painters tape to avoid getting stain paste on unwanted areas. Follow the grain and really work the product in. Definitely recommend!! Read and follow the directions! :)

This stuff is amazing!
This was my first experience with Briwax (Tudor Brown) and I stand amazed! The reviews and photos here on Amazon were so helpful that I decided to post my own. The more "orange" longer cabinets are the BEFORE pic and the darker ones with the dark hardware are the AFTER pic. We were doing a minor kitchen remodel and Hubby loves wood cabinets so I opted for waxing instead of painting them. But I wanted them to be DIFFERENT and I am SO happy with the results. Yes, the smell is a little strong while you're working with it but I opened a window, turned on a box fan, and didn't wear a mask and was just fine. And the smell does dissipate very quickly! It requires some work and a little elbow grease but I couldn't be any more pleased with the results! I know there are many ways to apply it, but I just used one microfiber cloth to apply and another microfiber cloth to polish afterward, changing cloths as needed. The Briwax also covered up EVERY flaw in the wood and made everything look intentional, which made my cabinets look brand new. Can't wait to try it on my staircase next since all of our wood is the more dated "orangey" oak. If you want your cabinets even darker, you could probably go with Dark Brown or another color. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Waxing the wood door
Messy to use but excellent to preserve old wood doors. Comes in different stains. Probably works best to apply to a wood surface when the wood is new. Then the application easy, the color homogeneous. When the wood has weathered the color can be streaky, and stain irregularly. Next application I plan to sand the door prior to application.

The Best!!
This stuff is like magic! I bought this to restore and darken our older vintage cabinets because we can’t afford to replace them, and WHEW it was the best decision I ever made! This stuff does smell pretty strong until it dries, sort of like paint - but it is easy to use, easy to clean up mistakes, really good quality, a little goes a long way, and it seems to have really done a good job of cleaning, staining, and polishing our old wood cabinets. It’s honestly so good. The only warning I have is: wear gloves - it will stain your fingers! Silly of me to think it wouldn’t but hey, lesson learned.

No more honey oak
I found a blog about this product and was happy to find it on Amazon, as no local stores carry it. I was skeptical about how much this could help my builder grade cabinets from 1986. They are oak plywood with lots of dings and dents this wax made a good impact to clean them up.This stuff was easy to use and had a pretty good result as far as I am concerned. I did need to order a second tin since the one I ordered seemed to have a good sized air bubble in it so I needed more. I applied the wax with steel wool and buffed with soft rags. Photos show before and after.

Disgusting
Had high hopes for this product after seeing some ads for product. This stuff is awful! The smell alone is absolutely horrid and should be a deterrent! The wax did kind of darken some of the grain on my test cabinet, but looks nothing like it’s pictured to look on their ads. Dont waste your money or your time. DO NOT apply this anywhere to something you are not testing it out on as you will ruin it!
