11x17 Black Picture Frame Set of 6, Made to Display 11 by 17 Inch Poster Photos without Mat for Wall Frames

I wanted an inexpensive way to redecorate my living room, I took photos of my flowers in my garden printed them out and bought these frames. 6 come in a case so far I only used 3. They are lightweight and easy to hang. I like that they are not a real glass because if they fall by chance they won't break and cut anyone. There is cardboard backing with two ways to hang up landscape or Portrait. They seem to be pretty durable and I have no issues. They look pretty. They package it really well and put a protective plastic on each side of the plexiglass. The plastic frames fit nicely and the hooks on the back slide into place to hold it all together.

We ordered these frames to hang pictures from our honeymoon in Italy that we had printed elsewhere. The photos look great when loose, but when inserted into the frames, the clips that hold the thin cardboard backing to the frame put pressure in a few areas, causing dark blemishes about 1/4-inch diameter in the middle of the blue Venice sky on 3 of the 6 frames. We tried flattening the cardboard overnight, rotating the pictures, switching the backings between frames, all with no luck.Outside of the blemishes, these frames are about what you would expect for the price. Somewhat light and flimsy, but sturdy enough if handled with care, and use plexiglass that has a pretty good glare from most angles, but otherwise mostly serviceable. The hangers that are attached to the cardboard backing weren't exactly centered, either. Not off by a ton, but by 1/4 to 1/2 inch from center (different on each one), which needed to be taken into account when measuring where the nails went on the wall to get the alignment correct.

The plexiglass are all glued onto the frame and their surfaces are uneven and it shows through reflections of the light shining onto them. Even sample prints on the frames are glued together and very hard to get them off. The backings of the frames are crooked and the locking clips are way too hard to lock and unlock.The frame are not suitable to use for any pieces of art that has any value to it.

These were the cheapest frames for this size that I could find, and I finally wanted to bite the bullet and be able to hang my posters around the house Like An Adult, so I got them.They arrived well-packaged and well-protected: each frame was individually-wrapped, and the...rmm, glass? Had protective plastic one both sides to peel off. They arrived in good shape.They come with tacks to hang the frames, but I do not recommend using them, especially considering the structural integrity of the frame itself: I had to frames fall and break on the first day, and after multiple goes at it with the gorilla glue and a clamp I am finally throwing in the towel: the material they're made of is somewhere between foam and plastic, and it just can't handle anything less than very careful handling.This pack is 6 frames for $50 ($8.50/frame) in a $10/frame landscape. These frames are fine, look nice, and will get the job done, especially if you hang them correctly the first time and don't use the provided wall "hooks." If, however, you have any doubt that they will be able to stay on the wall their whole life long, I would recommend paying the little extra for something somewhat sturdier.

These are great frames! I recommend them if you will put on a wall, or in an area where they will never be touched. They're a bit flimsy, not very sturdy, so if you are constantly moving them, I doubt they will hold up. BUT... they were perfect for my DIY project. I spray painted them gold, and they only took a little nail to hang, they are light weight. You can't beat the price.

I've bought a couple boxes of these frames now and will continue on to use them for my posters. They are very nice slim frames with sturdy clean glass. They are easy to hang up with little fuss in finding the hole. My favorite thing is that they make the photo pop more because of the slim frame.

These frames arrived, well packed and padded, and in perfect condition. They are light weight, but sturdy enough for the task at hand. I am quite satisfied with the purchase.

I did a lot of due diligence before I settled on this as a purchase. They are not the quality of frames you would get at a frame store, but are a heck of a deal for a lightweight sturdy frame. The plexiglass has protective covering on both sides so even if something gets through the plastic wrap in the shipping process, it is protected. I use these to frame art for a show I was in that needed extremely lightweight frames and these really did a great job.

Packaging is decent, the plastic covers are each protected by two films that you need to peel off before putting a photo in there. The frame is reasonably sturdy and looks decent. However, the quality of the plastic cover is not so great:1. 2 out of 6 frames I received have non-removable white dots inside the plastic cover, which makes them unusable (unless you can bear with a couple random white dots on your picture).2. it's extremely easy to leave scratch marks on it. When I was trying to remove the white dots mentioned in 1, I used a soft cloth (one that is used to wipe eyeglasses), and scratch marks were left when I applied just a bit of force to wipe it3. the plastic cover is very reflective. If you put a dark picture in there, the reflection can make the picture appear fade.
