This book has a ton of paleo recipes to play around with but I'm finding some of the recipes have errors. For example the Roasted Spicy Pumpkin Seeds call for 1/2 cup of oil... Can this be right? I went against my better judgment and made them as instructed and they came out an oily mess with no flavor. The description states that they're "sure to be a family favorite" so I have a feeling the recipe was printed incorrectly. Additionally the Eggplant Souffle has you bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes which just seems like a really high heat for a really long time for a souffle. I baked mine at 350 on a whim and it came out perfectly. I'm not sure if the recipes were thrown together quickly or not, but it seems you just have to have some basic cooking knowledge in case some of them need to be adjusted. I will continue using the book though due to how easy the recipes are. Almost all of them are quick to make with short lists of ingredients. It's a cookbook worth having for quick ideas, just use common sense in adjusting ingredient amounts or changing cooking instructions when it doesn't seem quite right as written.

Best Paleo cookbook yet!
This book has such a wide variety of recipes that I am still enjoying browsing through it for the third time. I keep seeing more things I want to make every time I look at it. It's got everything from main dishes to deserts, soup and breads. I love it!

So many recipes to choose
Love the book! There's ton of recipes for me to try. Since I'm trying to go kosher, I will have to skip the pork and shellfish recipes. I can always substitute chicken sausage for pork sausage. :-)
