Great for use before and after surgeries, helps with the healing process and bruising

I am usually quite skeptical about using supplements as a miracle pill, but after severing two ligaments in my ankle and partially tearing a third, I was desperate to try anything that would ease the pain and swelling. Within a month of taking these, I had less pain and far less swelling, but I was thinking that’s just from normal healing. Anything gets better on its own after 30 days, right? So I quit taking them. The benefits maintained for about a week, but after that, I had severe swelling and pain. I was terrified that I had regressed or reinjured it. I went on this way for almost 3 weeks before I decided to try the bromelian again. After a week, the swelling and pain both disappeared. I’m not saying I have a totally normal looking ankle. It’s still pretty jacked up, but my toes no longer look like tiny sausages handing from the end of a flesh colored watermelon. I’ve been able to start working out, taking longer and faster walks, and sleeping through the night without waking up because my foot was throbbing. The anti inflammatories were killing my stomach. Now, I take an Advil once in a blue moon. As an added bonus, the beneficial gut support has kept me more regular than I’ve ever been in my life, so it’s a win-win.

We don’t use pharmaceuticals in this house if we can help it at all. We keep bromelain in the house for all anti inflammatory/ NSAID needs. Love this stuff.

This is my second time buying this from this specific brand. I don’t remember it smelling so bad but this recent jar I got smells like straight bootycheeks

My husband used this product for eye floaters which appeared after an eye surgery. He was very disturbed by them and they were so large that when he saw them, he sometimes mistakenly took them for birds in the sky. There were also lots of them. Then he read about Bromelain (through a doctor on youtube, I don't remember his name but bless his soul for posting) and we ordered it. Usually he is very skeptical about the effectiveness of supplements because most times you don't notice anything immediately nor later. Butt he had to try this out of sheer desperation. I couldn't believe him, when he said 90% were gone after 2 days of taking Bromelain!!!!! And so, I had to write this here so it could help other people. I don't bother to write reviews. Only when something miraculous happens. And this was miraculous. Thank you for making Bromelain Horbaach and please spread the word about this.
