Quality units very bright

Way too bright! This is brighter than my led break lights. This is not DOT approved. Off road use only. Only one of the 2 lights worked out of the box. The 2nd smoked and melted as soon as power was applied. Update, i left the one that didn't melt installed for the past month. The black coating has faded in the sun and the magnifying lens has broken. I changed my 2 stars to one star and definitely do not reccomend this product at all.

I got these for a custom motorcycle because I needed a license plate light and this had an extra light on the end as a bonus. The description says that they can be used for "both license plate illumination and brake/tail lighting" however you can't use them for both license plate illumination and a brake light because there are only two wires that power both lights at the same time. This means that it is a license plate light and running light and that is it. They do not give off much light beyond the license plate however I need to shield my eyes if I look at them. They mean it when they say "High Power". They are retina searing within about 10 feet due to not having anything to scatter the light. If they had 3 wires and the light wasn't so harsh they would be perfect. Besides this they seem well made and people will notice them.

Great, work super for my bike. Red lights are super bright. They will see you for sure!

Very bright LED which is great for my scooter with it's weak tail light. The only problem was after a week one of the LED's that light up the license plate died but it was very quickly replaced by the seller with no problems! A good product to install on a vehicle to help it be seen at night.

Red lamp is way too bright and gets hot when on. Probably ok for aux brake lights but not for constant on like a tail light. Apparently not DOT approved.

Looks nice, small and bolts for license plate mounting holes fine. Applied 12v and only the red lights work, not the white lights to illuminate the license plate.

Look good, very very bright but broke one trying to install.had to glue it on,had to tint the red LEDs for on road use not blind driver behind me
