I've been using this pillow for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s soft but still supportive, so my neck doesn’t sink in or feel stiff in the morning. I’m mostly a side sleeper but also roll onto my back, and it works well for both. Overall, this pillow has improved my sleep and I’d definitely purchase it again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable, supportive pillow at a good value.

These pillows are super comfortable if you like thick, firm ones. I absolutely loved them, they feel high-quality and supportive, but they are very thick, and after a while, I started getting some neck pain. That said, over time they do soften up a bit and start to mold better to your body, which helps. I’d definitely recommend them for anyone who likes big, firm pillows, but they’re probably not the best choice for people who prefer something softer or lower.

Very nice light to medium firm pillows. They are well made and could be a bit firmer to my liking but for the price I will use both of them at the same time for sleeping, I am a back and side sleeper. My husband likes a softer pillow so he uses the "soft" selection. These pillows fluff up right out of the plastic bags they are shipped in and following the "Fluffing instructions", There is no odor, and I am hoping they will hold up when laundering and re-fluffing for at least 3 or 4 months. This si my first time purchasing this brand but I am happy with them so far and seem to be worth the price, They were shipped right away and delivered the next day. I recommend them.

The last pillows I purchased had many positive reviews, and even though they had a (for me) high price, I bought them. Yes, they were great... for a while. Then suddenly (it seemed), they became lumpy, uncomfortable, and would not hold their shape. No matter how hard I tried to "fluff" them, I woke up with neck pain every night. They did not even last a year. So, I searched and found the Viewstar Queen Size Pillows and figured they were worth a try. I LOVE THEM! My husband, who usually doesn't comment on such things actually noticed - he thinks they are great! We'll see if they last longer than the previous ones, but for now, we are very happy with this purchase!

Incredibly thick/firm for me personally. Just even side sleeping they were so thick it stretched my neck to an unrealistic position. And even though the material is “soft”, the pillows are very overfilled. They definitely “shrink” when you lay on them, but they are like 8 inches thick to begin with, and once they do compress—and only where you put all your body weight— it’s like a brick. But like a springy brick fighting with you to fluff back up all night if you dare to move a millimeter. Forget about using them in an envelope style pillow case unless you want an unfair advantage in an MMA style pillow fight. Be prepared for an assault with a deadly weapons charge though. If the center had a like a head shaped divot or if there were just even rationally filled I think I could *maybe* get behind them. If you like hotel style pillows, but wish they were firmer and thicker and nothing like hotel pillows—then these are probably for you. If you need a pillow you can sink into and switch positions and actually sleep on—like at a hotel—this is not the one. Giving 3 stars as the pillows themselves aren’t bad—just not what I thought I was buying. The conflicting reviews don’t help either.

These pillows are great, these are the only pillows that don't hurt my neck and since I have migraine, I have to find a pillow that is not hard or soft, these are just perfect. I no longer wake up with headache. I bought two sets so far and definitely recommend these.

Our pillows were in need of an upgrade and my partner (who is very particular with his pillow firmness) has always insisted to never buy pillows online. Despite his reluctance, I couldn't stop myself from buying these after reading all the promising reviews, and we were not let down. The price point of these pillows is a bargain considering the quality and comfort... it literally feels like sleeping on giant, fluffy marshmallows. The pillows plump up and fill out our queen size pillow cases beautifully. It is almost a struggle (in a good way, like when you've had a 10/10 meal and struggle to pull your jeans up kind of struggle) to get the pillow cases on, compared to our last pillows that left extra pillow case fabric hanging loose on the sides. I found the pillows to be a little bit high initially to sleep on (as a side sleeper and being 5'2), but I quickly adjusted and now struggle to leave the bed each morning, buried in comfort and cosiness. My partner (6'2) loves the height, softness, and supportiveness of the pillows, and now has faith in buying pillows online. He often bends the pillows in half to further elevate his neck when watching TV, and the pillows retain shape and fluffiness perfectly. Like me, the only regret you might feel after buying these pillows is wishing you had bought more.

These hotel pillows are much more than 5 stars. Whilst they are fluffy they give beautiful comfort and support for your neck. The best nights sleep I have had in years. As they are different in size to 'standard' pillows be mindful to check the sizing and order the appropriately sized pillow cases. Wonderful product that has improved my life.

Quite a flat pillow and not very supportive even after trying to fluff them up. I bought these based on the good reviews and very disappointed. If I encountered these “hotel quality” pillows in a hotel I would complain. Only buy if you want a shallow, flat pillow
