FluancePA10 High Fidelity Phono Preamp (Preamplifier) with RIAA Equalization for MM Turntables/Vinyl Record Players

I have a Fluance RT81 Elite turntable, and this preamp DEFINITELY kicked up the quality of the sound by a notch or two. Gives the audio much more muscle, cleaner lows, and a punchy bass. I have Fluance bookshelf speakers, and before purchasing this preamp I had to turn the speakers all the way up to really get blasting. After purchasing the preamp, I am about 5 notches below max volume and that is more than enough. Easy to set up and well worth the money!

I own a Fluance RT85 turntable, which I absolutely love. There was just one problem, a persistent hum coming from my Klipsch 'The Sixes' active speakers. The speakers have a built-in amp, as well as phono preamp so I should have had everything to deliver great sound from my setup. I even upgraded all cabling to Morrow cables however could not get rid of the darn hum. I decided to purchase a separate preamp and Wow! I am glad I did. Upon connecting my turntable to this preamp, the hum immediately disappeared. Now, the speakers are dead silent when the turntable is on with nothing playing. I also noticed an improvement in the sound quality. My music sounds more crisp and clear. This preamp is highly recommended, and not just for Fluance turntables. It delivered on all its promises. Well worth the money!

Works as advertised. I have a Yamaha receiver with preamp but wished to use the fluance preamp. Good quality sound. Make sure not hook up to phono input on receiver if it has a preamp built in.

The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly with Fluance RT-45, it couldn’t be better!I was divided between a tube or transistor preamp, that when I learned this has one chip per channel I made my decision, and I don’t regret it. The price is very good for the quality too!

Purchased it for combination with Fluance RT85 turntable. The turntable is fantastic and the vinyl has more clarity than I heard with previous turntables plugging it into the phono connection on a Yamaha RN-1000A receiver. It was just lacking a bit of bass and added the PA10 pre-amp to obtain additional bass. Not sure there is a big improvement but will give it some more time and hopefully raise the rating to a 5.

NO MORE low rumble when vinyl is played at loud volumes and my woofers/subwoofers perform correctly without that uncontrolled bounce. Wish I had found this years ago.LOVE!

I ordered this to pair with a Fluance turntable that I bought at the same time, as the turntable has no built in preamp. Let me just say, their turntables are awesome but their preamps are awful. Literally the only thing this box is doing is giving you an RIAA eq and a line signal which unfortunately is giving you ZERO gain which is what you need more than anything!! Your music is so quiet with this preamp that it’s just not at all enjoyable to listen to. There is also no gain settings on the unit so you’re simply stuck with a line level so low that you’ll have to turn up your stereo 10 times louder than you would a CD. Lucky for you there are better and cheaper options out there from brands such as Fosi. For around $60 they sell a tube preamp that sounds fantastic and has an adjustable gain knob.
