How durable are the labels? I've had them wear off of some plastic spoons before. Since these are metal, maybe I could engrave them with a dremel?

Do you really need labels? You know what sizes are in the set. Even without a label you can tell what any spoon is by comparing it to the others. So if you need half a teaspoon, you should know that’s the second-smallest size in this set, so you get the second-smallest of the four spoons.

Yes the are not attached but have magnets inside each handle which, if they are stacked keeps them together. Enjoy

Would the magnet work to hang these on a metal bar under my cabinet?

No. The 1-cup doesn’t have a magnet. The magnets in the others aren’t strong enough to reliably hold the cups in place when attached to a metal surface.
