You know, you hear about this type of product all the time. I took a chance and I can tell you it is helping me. Its also cheaper now that I have set a schedule to have it delivered by Amazon once very two month instead of going to the local grocery store.

Worked great to help with energy and focus
These green tea capsules have been great for boosting my energy and focus. They do not upset my stomach. They smell a bit vitamin like but are not bad. The capsules are easy to swallow. I will be getting a new bottle because I am about to run out.
