I got this when planning a trip to South America. This was super soft and comfortable to use in the airplane (I clipped it to the outside of my backpack and had no issues with it hanging off at the security checkpoints). It also came in handy on longer bus and trail rides. I loved that it could be used as a pillow or a blanket.

Update 8/27/24The company reached out and offered me a replacement due to my dissatisfaction. I wish I could show you the clear difference between the two blankets I received but it doesn’t translate on camera. I can say confidently that the second blanket must be the one truest to the description the brand described. It was EXTREMELY LUXURIOUS and plush omg. This second blanket collected no lint or fur, I was so impressed I actually gifted it to my mom. Somehow it was lighter but still the same size as blanket number 1. I will purchase again and hope I get blanket 2 instead of blanket one. But I’m telling you with the quality blanket I received the second time around it’s worth the risk 😂———I’ll give it two stars because of the quality and thickness. But I am disappointed but the size, weight and the fact that this picks up EVERYTHING. Every sliver of lint or hair makes it very annoying. I’ll try another blanket this one just isn’t for me

Soft, warm, comfortable just what I needed to replace a very old throw blanket.

Compared to other travel blankets, this one does seem to be very good quality and feels like it'll hold up. The seams at the edges are finished and even covered with a separate material, instead of the fleece just being folded over and stitched. I liked that it was "heavy" enough for me to use every night in the bed for my 3-week trip in the Philippines (I really only planned to use it for just the plane originally), but still compact enough to fit in a good-size personal item. I'm about 5'3" and it covered me enough to not have to worry about my feet sticking out. It's been washed 3-4 times and it's holding up well.It's not a complicated process folding and getting it back into the pouch, it's just a little annoying to do in tight spaces since you do need to fold it a few times while it's very long.

Our entire family uses these a lot for car travels and flights. Gives me a peace of mind when the kids don’t trouble me with “it’s too cold” in flights and car. All I need to do it zip it in the small bag and put them them the kiddos bags. Very light weight too and deff keeps warm.
