SportPet Designs Waterproof Pet Bed Fits Plastic Kennel, 46 inch, Brown (CM-0396-CS01)

My beagle likes this bed and it's very soft, even puffier after laundering. It's well made however there are tiny non-skid beads on the bottom which don't really grip the plastic tray in the bottom of her sleeping crate. Unfortunately when I washed the bed most of the beads came off in the washer. They're small, maybe 1 mm in size, so I was able to shake them out of the bed and her towel. There are still dozens in the washing machine that will eventually end up on future laundry until they're gone, so I'll be shaking everything for a while.

This bed is so soft and fluffy. My tiny beagle loves it. It comes folded so I set it on the floor to flatten out and a few minutes later she plopped herself down on it and snuggled into it, Now she won’t give it up. She’s almost 14 and very arthritic so this must feel like heaven compared to the hard floor. She won’t let me steal it from her to put in her crate for sleeping. I give up; I’m buying a second one for her crate.Now for the cons: The bed arrived with a 2 inch rip in the side seam and the stuffing was poking out. The thread used to stitch the top and bottom together appears to be regular sewing thread and breaks very easily. I stitched up the entire side with stronger button thread to make sure it holds. The final verdict - this bed is so comfy, I didn’t mind a little sewing.

EDIT: He had an accident and after washing the bed it still smells like urine and I can see a small hole in the top layer which is disappointing. Adjusting my review to 3 stars. The tiny hole bothers me less than the smell it seems to be retaining. Also I wouldn't call this waterproof- it definitely leaked through to the bottom of the crate and had to be cleaned up. I'd adjust it lower but he does really think it's comfortable and I am going to continue to use it - after another wash and patching up that hole myself.Our 9 year old dachsund is extremely sensitive about hard surfaces, so he complained very loudly when it was time to be crated at night. We used to put a towel or blanket in with him but if he had an accident he'd fold it all up together and it was a nightmare to clean. This bed has been working really well for us. No accidents so far but I can tell this is durable and will hold up well when we wash it. The best part is how much he seems to like it. He used to hide at bedtime when it was time to go in the crate, but now when he sees the bed in there he jumps in no problem. He doesn't whine anymore at night and I feel a lot better having a solution that's comfortable for him and still allows us to keep him up safely at night when he can't be supervised.

3 rib design means it has 3 grooves the entire length with ZERO Padding. The 3 grooves are collectors for dirt grit and hair. After my dog sleeps on it, the padding is crushed way down. Uncomfortable. I bought this to fit into a new SportPet Designs XXL Pet Carrier, for a series of 5 hour long flights. His old bed is 36 X 27 X 4 and it looks worse for wear, but the padding is still firm, with NO GROOVES. I might try to stuff it inside of the new Pet Carrier because I don't want him to be miserably uncomfortable for 2 - 5 hour flights.

I bought this to replace a regular pillow that was in my 15 year old poodle's kennel. She is senile so she has to sleep in a crate at the opposite end of the house because she wakes up and barks. The pillow was bulky enough that I think she had trouble getting comfortable but she has loved this pillow from the minute I opened the box and fluffed it out. She laid right down and went to sleep before I even had it ready. She doesn't dig at this like she did at the pillow and sleep soundly until I'm ready to get up.-Will update review once she (inevitably) pees on it

This lasted about a minute & a 1/2 before our dog was able to rip the entire backing off. There was stuffing EVERYWHERE!! The “fabric” on the back of the pillow is really thin & flimsy. The front of the pillow is very nice & soft, but what good is that if the back is not meant to last at all?! Considering the size of the pillow, they should realize that big dogs will be using it.. it’s definitely not meant to withstand a bigger dog. I don’t even think it would have withstood my 6 lb Yorkie, either! So frustrating. I’d give it zero stars if I could 😩. I couldn’t even rate it for “easy to clean” because it never made it that far! Will be returning & looking for a different brand of pillow. Oh well...

Update: It's not waterproof. The bounciness is very much adored by bunny-kind. It's still soft and cleans really well. I don't recommend this product unless you buy a waterproof cover (with no divots) to zip around it. The divots in the product prevent easy cleaning. It's pretty gross. I used a potty pad under this item, as a test to see if it was waterproof. Results: The pads were urine drenched in the shape of this brown bed.1st review:This item leaked after a while. I'm not sure if they're not waterproof or if too much urine was soaked in. The bottom looks to be waterproof, but liquid fell through. I'll do a test with a pad under it and get back to you Amazonians here.The item is bouncy and the bunny loves to play on it.I'll raise the stars if the issue is resolved from leaking or if the seller makes it right.

Initially flattened when they arrive, but are much like down comforters in that they fluff out tremendously after you manipulate them.

La compré hace más de 6 meses y sigue como nueva, no se ha deformado, ni se ha hecho aguada.Es super resistente, segura para lavarse en lavadora, la lavo hasta 2 veces a la semana y sin problema alguno!Con otras camas era muy difícil lavarlas y que se secaran por el enorme relleno y se rompían fácilmente.El único detalle es que viene reducida, yo tengo una dálmata y la "L" le quedó muy justa. Recomiendo comprar una talla arriba.

La compré para ponerla dentro de la carriola para perros pues mi perrita de 14 años ya no puede caminar mucho y se cansa con facilidad. De acuerdo a las medidas quedó perfecta en el fondo de la carriola y duerme muy tranquila. Así también cuando salimos a comer va con nosotros o al súper o a donde sea que vayamos. No puedo calificar la resistencia o durabilidad pues tengo un mes con esta camita mini que es más bien como un colchón y aún no lo he probado el suficiente tiempo. Pero lo recomiendo y lo compraría de nuevo. Es muy suave y me gustó el color.

Within 10 minutes - this happened. A 5 month cavalier king charles is hardly a strong and aggressive dog. He was just fluffing it and making it comfortable. Returning this product and would not buy from this manufacturer again.

The dog mat seemed like a great product that fit my dogs 36inch kennel perfectly. I left my house for 10 minutes to go to the store and do a test run with the dog and the mat (after he had used it during the day while i was here). My dog managed to completely obliterate the mat, throwing white fluffy debris in every direction. 30$ and it didnt even get a chance to completely fluff up.

Compre la talla L para 2 cachorros y entraron bien. No pesa nada es super liviana pero suave, les encanta. En cuanto a resistencia si se discute pues depende el comportamiento de la mascota; en mi caso mordelones lograron quitar un poco de material de encima mas no han logrado llegar al relleno.Facil de lavar. Impermeable lo dudo.
