Great product and value for money. I emptied two capsules into my pre-workout drink and it dissolved as it should. Had a great workout. Previously tried another brand, it wouldn't dissolve completely. Acetyl l carnitine supposed to be very soluble. Had to return directly to manufacturer for refund, the shipping cost was more than of the item purchased. This brand is legit, they don't include filler.

Nice steady energy without jitteriness. Easy to swallow caps. If you're in your early 50s and find it hard to combat fatigue despite exercising and eating healthy, you should try this product. After taking it in the mid afternoon it prevented my severe fatigue and prevented a subsequent sugar crash from mindless snacking. I wish it would help with appetite but it does lessen snacking. Will leave another review in a month.

I started to take 2 of these and it took a couple of weeks before I noticed a change. I felt more energetic. I don’t have any weight to lose, I just read that this is a good vitamin to take. I’m a huge vitamin nut and wanted to try it. I backed down to 1 after 3 weeks because I felt they were possibly making me a bit grumpy or hyper. I was losing patience with my pup which isn’t something I desire & she doesn’t deserve! Taking just 1 has fixed that problem and I reordered a bottle.

I was taking these for my diet and energy for about a year. Let me tell you what I discovered. But first... One day I injured my knee and ultimately had to have surgery due to a torn meniscus. The surgery was minor but the pain was massive. I'm a GenX guy. 240, 6'4". I can tolerate a lot of pain. I had to have some prescription meds a hip injection and direct knee injection. When the injections wore off, the meds were not touching pain at all. Plus, they were causing all sorts of other symptoms. Digestive, headaches and severe brain fog.When the injections wore off, I noticed around 3ama the pain would roll back in. I simply couldn't sleep. I got up and tried to relax on the recliner. No position was comfortable. It was causing major hip and leg pain also. I have had 2 MRI's. One in my knee, the other in my lower back and discovered some bulging discs. So I thought I was in all sorts of trouble now because I had back surgery in 1999. I have always been mobile and did martial arts in my younger years.DISCOVERY: On 2 mornings, I noticed the pain was reducing right around the time I ate but more importantly, within 30 minutes of me taking my daily supplements. Walking pain from a 9 or 10 to a 4. I could live with that. So then I added the Glucosamine the next day for more benefit.I did research the upper limit on Acetyl L-Carnitine for how many I could take to get me thru the day. As it turns out, I really wasn't taking as recommended anyway. I was just taking 1 in the morning. So apparently it was wearing off by 3am and I was only taking one of the Glucosamine.Now, I take 1 each in the morning. 1 each at noon. Then 1 Glucosamine at night (with the tumeric it has). I was immediately able to get OFF the pain meds. I has surgery and took NO PAIN MEDS at all afterward. I was walking some the same day and by the end of the week, free walking without crutches and never had any pain. I was on a nerve block in my knee but as it wore off, I was in a little fear of pain, none ever came.No where on these bottles or information will you find inflammation impacts. If they did, I would buy them specifically for that! Now that I take them every day, and as recommended, I have had no pain due to my lower back condition either. Especially during bad weather in a low pressure zone.I have since added Stonehenge Health Dynamic Nerve and RediMove Natural Joint Support Supplement so I have backed off one of the Glucosamine as they contain some of the same ingredients. I walk 2 miles a day also. I sit a lot during the day as an I.T. Analyst but do work on my vehicle restorations on the weekends / nights. This was is a good product. If you’re starting out taking supplements to help your workout and or weightloss journey, I recommend trying. As always do your research and know what supplements help achieve before trying.

FYI L-Canitine is not a vitamin, doesn't help you lose weight. Some comments in this section are making silly claims. What it does do is help deliver liquid into muscles, help build stronger muscle mass and thereby help with bone density. It also helps protect your brain by providing necessary nutrients to build strong neural pathways. Use it for its intended use not what others are posting. It works best with weight baring or resistance exercises. Take it regularly and try not to miss a dose.
