I love that this tastes like a light peach flavor! The regular sleepy time tea is good but I prefer to have this every night. Great taste, value for money and consistently delicious

This caffeine-free tea gives off a pleasing peachy aroma. A cup at bedtime helped me relax and have a good night's sleep.

I tried this tea to help me sleep better. From what I’ve experienced it seems to work a bit, I get sleepy pretty soon after having a cup most of the time. The taste isn’t overly peachy and is slightly minty (sounds like an odd flavor combo but it’s enjoyful) but is still nice to have before bed.

I've always been a bit of an insomniac, but I avoid prescription sleep meds. I also don't like the idea of over-the-counter sleeping aids, because I know people can get hooked on them, just like the prescription stuff. But an herbal tea with a bit of valerian (a natural sleep aid) is just right for me--especially when it's Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Extra. (The valerian is the "extra".) I like the mint/lemongrass/chamomile flavor, and it really relaxes me at bedtime--without worrying about addiction or side effects. It's not always easy to find Sleepytime Extra at the stores in my neighborhood (they're always sold out!), so I order these 6-packs at an excellent price. One box in the grocery store usually costs twice as much as one sixth of this sixpack, so this is a bargain. Great price, great taste--and it really works!

Un té muy suave y rico, Apenas lo estoy usando y si relaja bien. Tiene buen sabor.

Buen producto

El producto es excelente. El único problema es qué, llegan sin envoltura de celofán y las cajas en algunos casos vienen aplastadas. Al venir sin celofán, la frescura no se garantiza. Y no se sabe si el producto viene deteriorado. Éso se debe a la desidia del vendedor. Deben de tener mayor cuidado, ya qué el precio es muy alto para recibir desechos.

Para quien le cuesta trabajo relajarse, es un té de Valeriana que ayuda a conciliar el sueño
