This sauce is so good. My family doesn't ask to go out for Chinese anymore, they ask me to fix homemade using this wonderful sauce. It is so easy to use, just pour over the meat chunks and stir. We keep extra on the table to use to dip egg rolls in.

Excellent product and price with fast service

This isn't the same at the "orange" sauce you get from Chinese restaurant chains, which is what i was hoping for. It is good though, but not exactly what I was hoping. Therefore, I'm giving 4 stars do to expectation, not lack of good flavor.

Minors sauce is exactly what I was looking for, an expensive sauce tasty sauce and matched it one for one

I have been a fan of Chinese food for years. I love the various sauces from hot to sweet. So, to say the least I was so disappointed when the item arrived. I have never used Minor's products before but expected something good based on the reviews. First, I will say the package arrived securely and quickly and that is the only positive thing I can say. Now the ugly ... although the sauce had a lengthy expiration date (I ordered January 2022 and the expiration was September 2022), I knew when I opened the bottle something was wrong. The sauce was off red, not the brilliant red that Sweet and Sour sauce normally is, but I can live with that. The sauce had a slightly vinegar and pepper smell yet somewhat soured. I took a small taste and was right. It is almost like it was starting to ferment. Definitely not a sweet and sour taste. When any item is massed produced, some bad ones will get through inspection. But when it comes to a food product, they should be more vigilant. Maybe I just got a bad bottle, but I will be avoiding this company for a while. Update: Thinking that maybe it just needed to be refrigerated, I did just that. I checked the bottle after a couple of days in the refrigerator but to no avail. I ended up pouring the bottle down the drain. As usual, Amazon made things right.

Sweet and Sour sauce had a good taste and balance of pineapple/ cherry in the sauce. I recommend shaking the bottle before using because the fruit settles in the bottom. Like to size of bottle too. Would recommend.
