This was purchased for my son so he could relax up against it while in his bed. The cup holders cannot be used for a beverage since they don’t stay flush down inside the holes. Also if you afix them to stay in the holes you will NOT be able to sit anything wider than a can of soda in them because they’re just that small and narrow. The side pockets on either side are good for holding your cellphone, pens, magazine or a thin book. Nice neckroll to rest your head back when neck gets fatigued from leaning forward after a while. Overall, I’m satisfied with it and glad I purchased it.

My wife is a Parkinson patient and sometimes needs to stay in bed. She has a hard time finding comfortable positions & this flexibility in positions in bed. It is soft but offers her enough support.

It’s a nice chair. Comfortable material. Helps my back while sitting in bed watching TV or working on my computer. The cup holders fall out easily and it’s a very heavy/large lounger so moving it in and out of bed for sleeping and finding a place to store it can be difficult. But it’s better than having a sore back so it’s worth it.

It is supportive and comfortable but gets really warm — not tolerable to sit against on a warm day. The cup holders do not stay in the arms so we threw ours away. The head pillow doesn't stay put, ours is disconnected all the time. It is delivered vacuum sealed and the foam smells super toxic for 3-4 weeks, we left ours on our porch with the windows open for 2 weeks. We've had it for 8 months and it still has an oder to it.

This was given as a gift. My MIL crochet all day and has 2 bad shoulders so the large side wings were great. It's very firm so not "soft" like you may think. My mistake was not putting the cup holders in the arms before I opened it to allow for it to expand. Now we can't get them to stay in bc the foam has expanded around the holes for the cups. It comes to you super, SUPER, condensed and did take a full 2 days to expand. She's very pleased with it.

I bought this for my husband, who has back issues, and cannot lie flat when sleeping. It gives good support and is comfortable, but he keeps sliding down , and has difficulty keeping propped up without the use of a lot of other pillows.

This has to be the worst product I’ve ever purchased through amazon. This pillow is very low quality. I bought a better one for $13 at Target. The cup holder holes are too small for the plastic inserts. Waiting for it to fluff up wouldn’t make a difference because the stitched rims of the cupholders are too small. Seams don’t expand. And I am also appalled that I had to break up these tiny “clusters” in the pillow in order for it to fluff up, which did not work. It feels like there are little styrofoam peanuts in the pillow and NOT comfortable in the slightest. I bought this for a Christmas gift and I’m very disappointed in the quality, especially for that price.

I like how the head rest is removable, and I like the memory foam. Its a good pillow and i also like the sleeves and the cupholders. i use the sleeve pockets for my phone or book.
